Episode 3

Mistress of Evil

Past

After meeting their somewhat real parents; Mal begins to feel strange. It is then she looks down at her hands; as she feels some sort of tingling sensation there. That is when she notices that her hands are glowing, she then looks at the crowd with panick.

"Mom?! What is happening to me?!" Mal says in a panicked voice.

Maleficent gasps upon seeing what is going on with her own daughter, and is trying to make her way towards her to help. That is when Regina stops her, and Maleficent glares at her.

"What do you think you're doing that is my daughter that is in danger?!" Maleficent angrily says.

"Your daughter is in no danger; don't you recognize what that is? That is light magic" Regina replies.

"Light magic; what is that mother?" Evie asks.

Emma Swan Jones steps towards Mal, and holds her hands with hers.

"Tell me Mal, have you ever saved your kingdom a lot of times such as to stop a great evil?" Emma asks.

"Yes I have from the likes of my mother, and couple of friends who tried to take control of my kingdom for themselves. I even once freed my kingdom a from a stone curse a friend turned villain put on Aurodon." Mal explains with a bit of confusion on her face.

"That explain it; what you got there is light magic. You see you have become the savior of your kingdom by protecting it. When the barrier between your world, and the enchanted forest was broken; light magic claimed you." Emma explains.

"How, am I the one that has this power? I'm partly a villain kid." Mal replies.

"Trust me; you're not the only one that has light magic." Regina replies as she summons a bit of light magic in her hand along with Emma. "If you want to, we might be able to train you to control your new power."

Mal looks at her mom to see what she thinks, and Maleficent just nods her head in agreement. "But, on one condition with my daughter." Maleficent says.

"Name it." Emma says looking at the mistress of evil.

"I train with Lily's help about her dragon powers" Maleficent replies.

Present

In the morning Maddie gets in her purple corvette, and heads down towards the hospital. As she does; she breaths a sigh of relief as she knows that Regina is watching Maya. She gets to the hospital, and sees that the guy with the gold, and blue coat is still in bed. But someone else is there with him; a woman with brown hair, and tannish skin in a pink shirt with sweat pants to match. She looks at the guys, and is trying not to cry.

Maddie walks in, and taps the girl on the shoulder. Startled she turns around, and looks at Maddie with a bit of shock.

"I'm sorry do I know you?" the girl asks.

"Um, no I'm the one who found this guy he basically ran out in front of my car, and I didn't see him in time. Do you know him?" Maddie asks.

"He is my husband, Benjamin; we have been married for a long time. He has been known to go for long walks at night." the girl explains.

"Well, it is nice to finally meet you..." Maddie says shaking the girl's hand.

"Oh, call me Liv, and thank you for saving my husband." Liv says.

"You are very welcome" Maddie says taking back her hand.

"By the way how did you ever find him; he has been missing for months?" Liv asks.

"Well, I don't know how explain it, but when I first saw him, he didn't look human. He looked like something like a monster." Maddie tries her best to explain.

"You're talking nonsense. How could he look like a monster?" Liv asks a little surprised by this.

"I don't know, but all I know is that is what I saw, but after I accidently hit him it was like he was human again." Maddie tries to explain the best she can.

Meanwhile back at Regina's house Maya, and Henry begin to look at the new storybook. The book has merged Mal and Ben's story with that of the Once Upon A Time storybook. Being brave Maya takes the new book down, and starts to have a look at it. She is surprised by what she is seeing, and passes it to Henry. Henry looks at the new book with surprised, and facination.

"Well, that happened, but how?" Henry asks.

"I don't know, all I know is that book is the story of how my mom, and dad met, and how the situation came to be." Maya replies.

"Well, let's look at the book; now who are your parents?"

"They would be in that book known as King Ben, and Queen Mal of Aurodon." Maya replies pointing to the page that talks about Descendants.

Past

After the dome to Aurodon is broken; a lizard begins to wonder around the deserted area. The lizard makes it into the enchanted forest, and that is when a puff of purple smoke envelopes the lizard, and an evil laughter is heard throughout the forest. After the smoke disappears a figure emerges from the smoke on the edge of the enchanted forest. The figure looks at how she is now back to her old self; as she looks she sees that not only is she back to normal, but by her hands not being their old self, but young. She sees that she is young again, and her horns on the top of her head are back to what she had in her prime. Seeing this Isle Maleficent can't help but let out a loud burst of evil laughter.

"Now my dear traitious daughter you will pay for keeping me in that state for too long!" Isle Maleficent says as she strikes green lightning in the sky, and disappears further into the forest.

In the morning Mal heads over to a section of forest in storybrooke; she parks her favorite scooter at the edge of the forest, and heads into the forest ready for her first day of training. As she heads in the forest; she comes to the valley where the training is supposed to take place a green fireball comes flying towards her. Mal ducks in time, and is a little confused. After the fireball lands a little ways off, and disintigrates a tree. Mal knows this isn't part of her training; that is when she hears an all too familiar laugh.

"Okay, show yourself I know you are out there!" Mal screams hearing that laughter.

At that point a puff of green smoke appears in front of her, and Isle Maleficent shows herself. Mal is shocked at seeing this version of her own mother.

"What's the matter turning you into a lizard wasn't good enough for you?!" Mal sarcastically says.

"Very funny my dear, but you will pay for that!" Isle Maleficent says as she fires a spell at Mal.

Mal manages to dodge the first one, but the second blast hit her square in the chest paralyzing her. Isle Maleficent seeing this uses her staff to make Mal float towards her, and glares at her with bright green eyes.

"You will pay my dear for choosing good over evil." Isle Maleficent says glaring at her.

"Not if we have anything to say about it!" Maleficent, and Lily both say seeing what that duplicate did.

Lily's eyes begin to glow a gold color as she is about ready to change; to protect her long lost sister. Isle Maleficent seeing this fires another blast that causes vines to sprout around Lily capturing her.

"Silly little dragon; you can't defeat me! Soon my curse will work, and you will be under my rule!" Isle Maleficent rants on.

Maleficent seeing what Isle self is doing to Lily tries to choose who to save; she goes for Mal, but Isle Maleficent blasts her, and teleports with Mal away. Lily seeing what happened with her sister cries out in agony, as does Maleficent.

"I can't believe she is gone, and we had just got her back." Lily sobs.

Ben arrives to see how the training session was going, but finds Maleficent, and Lily in tears.

"What happened?! Where's Mal?" Ben asks feeling a little concerned.

"She took her, she took Mal!" Lily replies as her eyes begin to glow golden.

"Who took her?!" Ben asks growling.

"The other me, the one from the Isle." Maleficent replies.

Hearing this, Ben lets out a loud angry roar that echoes throughout the forest. Hearing that roar; Regina, and Emma show up.

"What in that roar was that sound?" Regina asks as she sees something happening with Ben.

"Sorry, they took Mal, they took my queen!" Ben says growling.

"Hold on! Who took Mal?" Emma asks.

"It was Maleficent! The one from the Isle; the one who raised her on that Isle of the lost." Ben replies still growling.

"Okay, your majesty you need to calm down! We'll find her, even if it takes all day." Emma says trying to calm Ben down.

At Maleficent's cave; Maleficent manages to chain Mal up to the wall. Mal manages to wake up, and sees the situation she is in. She growls at her mother, who is now looking over a spell book.

"What do you want with me?! I didn't want you in my life!" Mal yells at Maleficent.

"You have a purpose for this spell, but that time will come soon. Right now, I need this spell see if this one works. See this whole adventure was supposed to end after you got married, but it hasn't. Ever wondered why?" Maleficent explains.

"It is cause we all got our happy endings after I married King Ben; mainly the ones who wanted a happy ending." Mal replies.

"Wrong little lady! I never got a happy ending! I was stuck as a little lizard; until that barrier around all of Aurodon broke. Now I'm free, but I still can't get the ending I want. To do that I need to summon the author." Maleficent replies with sneer smile.

Present:

"Hold up your parents are Queen Mal, and King Ben of Aurodon?!" Henry asks.

"Yes, why is that something major?" Maya asks.

"Well, it is. Cause your land was not really part of the enchanted forest. They were kind of separated; until now that is." Henry explains.

"What do you mean? As far as I remember our two lands were never separated; not since the dome came down." Maya replies.

"Did you say dome? As in something that keeps other lands separated?" Henry asks "This is really messing with my head."

"You're not the only one; I mean how could you have not heard of Aurodon?" Maya replies a little confused. "Well, I can only think of one solution to this problem."

"That would be what?" Henry asks.

"Well, if you want to know all about my past before the curse was cast. I suggest we look at this merged book" Maya says as she urges Henry towards the book.

Meanwhile at the hospitital, Maddie is a little shocked to find the wife of the patient there, and she doesn't believe about the monster.

"I mean how can say my husband was a monster; he was never anything but kind to me!" Liv exclaims.

"I didn't mean in a mean way; I mean that he was all hairy, and stuff like that. He looked something like bigfoot coming off that road." Maddie explains.

"Excuse me! My husband maybe hairy, but he is not that hairy!" Liv replies with a look of disgust.

Liv starts to look at Maddie with a bit of anger, and Maddie glares back angrily. The two look like they are about to fight; when someone stops them.

"Is there a problem here ladies?" someone says taking a step towards them.

A lady who looks to be in her late 30's approaches the two of them. She is wearing a black business suit, and has black straight hair, and green eyes that seem to be glowing. She stares at the two of them with a look that tells them to knock it off! Seeing that look; Liv immediately stops.

"There is nothing wrong madam mayor." Liv replies stuttering in fear.

Hearing her response; the lady turns towards Maddie, and smiles. "I hope we don't have a problem either my dear, but I can't help but feel you look familiar to me."

Maddie smiles a little wicked looking smile. "I'm actually new here, and trust me I would have known who you are."

Past

With Mal chained up; Malificent grabs her spell book, and finds the spell she is looking for. She begins to initiate the spell; meanwhile as I'm typing on my laptop the screen goes black. I sort of bang on the side to get it to work; suddenly a bright light begins to emit. I scream as I find myself being pulled into the computer. I land with a thud, and find myself in some sort of cave.

"Ugh where am I, and how did I get here?" I ask as I look around.

"I'm the one that brought you here, and I need your help as you are the newest Author." Maleficent says glaring at me.

I nearly jump up a little scared hearing that cold voice belonging to my favorite Disney villain. I then turn, and see Mal chained up.

"Whatever you need me for I will not help you! You are the evilest villain in all the land, and what have you done to your own daughter?!" I yell.

"Flattery will get you nowhere; you will help me. Or I will kill Mal!" Maleficent says with a snarl as she points her bony finger at Mal.

At that moment Maleficent walks over to Mal, and puts her hand inside her chest. Mal screams seeing this, and screams more when her heart is pulled out. She then looks angrily at Maleficent. Maleficent then starts to squeeze the heart; causing Mal to cry out in pain.

"Alright! Alright! I'll do it; whatever it is I'll do it. Just please don't hurt her!" I plead.

"That is much better; now what I want you to is write me a happy ending, and if you don't she will be dead." Maleficent says with a cold tone.

I continue to write, but write something else. With my pen I begin to write that the heroes show up, and save Mal in time. At that moment King Ben, Regina, Emma, and Maleficent shows up.

"What?! You tricked me! You'll pay for that!" Isle Maleficent exclaims as she puts her daughter's heart into the bubbling cauldron.

"Nooooo!" King Ben screams as Mal's heart falls into the cauldron, and Mal dies as a result.

"Oh, stop that King this is a time released spell when the time is right you all will forget your lives, and I will rule! Hahahahaha!" Isle Maleficent says as she teleports away.

King Ben walks over to where Mal still hangs, and leans against her. Ben starts to cry as he knows that Mal is no longer there.

"Wait Regina there is a way to bring her back! Remember you had to do that to my parents?" Emma mentions.

"Wait there is a way to bring back my Queen?" King Ben asks.

"Yes, but it is a risk, and your love for each other has to be true." Regina explains.

"Our love is true; please I'm willing to do anything to have her back." Ben pleads with tears in his eyes.

"I know their love is true, and I know what you gotta do. But, Ben I got to warn you what she has to do is going to hurt."

"Are you sure about this?" Regina asks looking at Ben.

"I'm ready" Ben replies.

At that moment Regina rips Ben's heart out. She then grabs in both of her hands, and breaks in two. She then puts one half back in Ben, and walks over to where Mal is. She then puts the other half inside Mal. They rest patiently; as Mal slowly starts to stir. Mal's eyes flutter open; she then looks at Ben.

"Ben?" Mal asks weakingly.

"Mal, you're alive" Ben excitely says as he frees Mal, and hugs her tightly.

After the two reunite I look at them longily. "I'm sorry that I got involved this; I know I'm the author, and I never wanted to do a thing like that. I wanted to save you Mal, that is why I had to trick her, but I honestly didn't know she was going to do that." I explain to them.

Mal walks over to me, and puts a hand on my shoulder. "I know you had no part in what my mother did to me. I can sense that you have a good heart, and with it you will give us the happy ending we all deserve. Now I must send you back, so you can finish our story" Mal says with a smile.

I am then teleported back into my room, and have no memory of what happened.

Present.

"Hmm I think you do look kind of familiar to me, but for now I suggest you leave this hospital immediately let the man's wife see her husband!" the mayor says with a bit of snarl.

Maddie walks out of the hospital, and heads back over to the orphanage. Regina opens the door with a smile.

"Well, Maddie I'm glad to see you have returned." Regina say. as she gives Maya back to her mother.

"So, how did she behave?" Maddie asks.

"Well, her, and Henry had a wonderful time, and I wouldn't mind watching this little dragon as her, and Henry are starting to bond." Regina says smiling.

"That would be great as I do need someone to watch her since I'm looking for work." Maddie replies.

"Well, you could work for me; as I do need an art, and dance teacher around here." Regina offers.

"I'll have to think about it." Maddie replies.

Meanwhile in town as Harold is walking around town; he bumps into Liv.

"Oh, I'm sorry dear about that. I'm such a clutz." Harold says as he helps Liv up.

"No I'm sorry its been a rough day, and with my husband in the hospital" Liv says as she looks up her jaw dropping.

"Well, how about to help you after a rough day. You want to grab some coffee?" Harold asks.

"Sure! Maybe that will help."

"So, that is how My great grandmother, and grandfather knew they had true love?" Lily asks.

"Yes my dear that is how they knew true love; now before you go to bed go, and pick the next story" the narrator says.

Lily goes, and picks the next story, and it has the image of a T-rex footprint.
