Chapter 10: Alrest And Punch Out World
In the land of Alrest, three people are training. Shulk is training Starfy and Custom Robo Ray for the next Smash Bros. Tournament. Starfy and Ray charges at Shulk, but he slashes them back with his Monado.
Shulk: Is that the best you can do? You two won't be able to participate in the next Smash Bros. Tournament if you fight like that.
Starfy: Oh, I'm just getting started!
Ray: So am I. This time, I won't hold back.
Suddenly, they heard an explosion. They looked and saw smoke in the distance.
Starfy: What was that? It looks like there is smoke in the distance.
Shulk: SMOKE? That's where Fiora, Rex, and Pyra are at!
Ray: Captain Olimar, Villagers Ai & Yu, and Inkling are there too!
Starfy: As well as my sister Starly and my friend Moe!
Shulk: Let's hurry over there!
Shulk, Starfy, and Ray quickly ran to the area to see their friends Fiora, Rex, Pyra, Starly, Moe, Captain Olimar, Villagers Ai & Yu, and Inkling trapped in cages. Rex was trying to break his way out of the cage, but it was no use.
Rex: DARN IT! Why can't I break this open?
Starly: BIG BROTHER!
Starfy: STARLY!
Fiora: SHULK! SAVE ME!
Shulk: FIORA! HOLD ON!
Shulk was about to run towards her, but then a dark lightning nearly struck him, making him stop. He, Starly, and Ray looks up to see Thanatos and Beryl above them.
Beryl: Ah-ah-ah. I wouldn't go near them if I were you.
Ray: WHO ARE YOU? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO OUR FRIENDS?
Thanatos: My name is Thanatos the Dark Lich.
Beryl: And I am Beryl, Queen of the Negaverse.
Thanatos: Now we'll be taking your friends to Zanza, Ogura, and Hadron. They shall be awaiting them.
Shulk: ZANZA? I THOUGHT HE NO LONGER EXISTED!
Starfy: OGURA? HE CAME BACK?
Ray: HADRON? YOU WON'T GET AWAY WITH THIS!
Beryl: I think we have. Now we must take our leave. We shall meet again soon. See ya later.
She and Thanatos went through the dark portal, taking the friends of Shulk, Starfy, and Ray with them, and disappears.
Shulk: Don't worry, Fiora! I'll save you if it's the last thing I'll do!
?: SHULK! STARFY! RAY!
Shulk, Starfy, and Ray turns around to see Mario's gang running towards them. Pikachu, Yoshi, and Kirby ran up to Starfy.
Pikachu: Starfy! Are you OK?
Starfy: I'm fine. Except that some bad guys have kidnapped our friends.
Ray: Anyway, some new villains named Thanatos and Queen Beryl has kidnapped our friends for Zanza, Ogura, and Hadron.
Link: And it looks like more new villains kidnapping more of our friends for our enemies.
Shulk: Wait! The same thing happened to you guys?
The gang explains everything to Shulk, Starfy, and Ray.
Starfy: So Bowser and Ganondorf are behind this as well.
Marth: There's no time to waste! We must hurry and get Little Mac and Spring Man!
Fox: If we hurry to the Great Fox, we'll head over to the Punch Out World.
The gang ran back to the Great Fox with Shulk, Starfy, and Ray joining them and it left Alrest. Meanwhile, in the Punch Out World, Little Mac and Spring Man got on the Boxing Ring to get ready for a match. The audience were on the stands, ready to cheer for the two fighters. On one side of the stands were the NES characters, Ice Climbers, Mr. Game & Watch, ROB, Duck Hunt Dog, and Sukapon. On the other side were Spring Man's friends, Ribbon Girl, Ninjara, and Min Min.
Little Mac: Hey Spring Man. I hope you're ready for our warmup match before the next Smash Bros. Tournament.
Spring Man: You bet I am, Little Mac! This time, I'll prove that I am more than capable of entering.
Ice Climbers: Oh boy! We can't wait to see these two fight!
Ribbon Girl: Come on, Spring Man! You can do it!
Spring Man starts the match by delivering a punch with his really long arm, but Little Mac dodges his attack. He then charges at Spring Man and was about to deliver a jab punch, but Spring Man blocks his attack with his gloves. Suddenly, they both hear laughter.
Little Mac: What was that?
They both looked up to see M. Bison floating down from the air. The audience screams and ran away except for the friends of Little Mac and Spring Man.
Spring Man: Who are you?
M. Bison: So we meet at last, Little Mac and Spring Man. I am M. Bison, overlord of Shadowloo. I have come to take your friends.
Suddenly, Little Mac and Spring Man hears some screams. Little Mac turns to see the Ice Climbers, Mr. G&W, ROB, Dog & Duck, and Sukapon trapped in a cage held by Dural. Spring Man also turns to see Ribbon Girl, Ninjara, and Min Min trapped in another cage held by Kazuya.
Ribbon Girl: SPRING MAN!
Spring Man: RIBBON GIRL!
M. Bison: Now my allies Dural and Kazuya will take them to our base, where King Hippo and Dr. Coyle & Hedlok will surely await them.
Little Mac: KING HIPPO?
Spring Man: DR. COYLE? HEDLOK?
Dural and Kazuya pushed the cages holding the friends of Little Mac and Spring Man into the dark portals.
Little Mac: They're taking our friends into those portals! We gotta save them, Spring Man!
M. Bison: Not so fast! If you tried to follow them, I will personally crush them.
Little Mac and Spring Man just stood back and glares at M. Bison.
M. Bison: HAHAHAHAHA! I knew you wouldn't risk your friends lives. Now I must go. Farewell for now!
He flew through one of the dark portals and disappears.
Spring Man: DARN IT! I SHOULD HAVE KILLED DR. COYLE AND HEDLOK WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE!
Little Mac: Relax, Spring Man. We'll find a way to save our friends. We'll just need to know where they are.
?: LITTLE MAC! SPRING MAN!
They turned around to see Mario's gang enter the Boxing Ring.
Spring Man: Hey guys! Good timing! Our friends have been kidnapped by our villains!
Mario: Our friends are too! There's-a no time to explain! Let's a hurry back to the Great Fox!
The gang ran back to the Great Fox with Little Mac and Spring Man joining them and it left the Punch Out World. On the Great Fox, everyone was having a meeting.
Little Mac: So we meet new villains and they were working for our old enemies.
Spring Man: And they captured all our friends and lovers.
Ness: And we were surprised why they didn't kidnap us.
Ash: Because they wanted us to come and rescue them.
Link: I'll bet my Triforce of Courage that this is a trap.
?: You're half right, fairy boy.
The screen turns on and Bowser appears.
Bowser: But this is no trap, I can assure you that.
Everyone: BOWSER!
Pikachu: What do you want, you fiend?
Bowser: Just to tell you something. You see, we kidnapped your friends and lovers for a reason...Armageddon.
Everyone: Armageddon?
Bowser: Yes. We have been fighting for years now and I am getting sick of it. So we shall finish this once and for all. The other villains, my minions, and I agreed to have this: A final war. A war to the very end, death to the losers, the winners do whatever they want. You must have met all the new villains in the Nintendo Worlds. We kidnapped your friends cause you outnumber us. So this is where we stand.
Fox: But now you outnumber us!
Bowser: On the contrary, wherever there are villains, there are heroes. Don't you know that? I am giving you an even chance. Summon the heroes where the new villains belong to and we shall settle this once and for all.
Link: So you want us to finish this? No trickery? No cheating?
Bowser: Oh, I can't promise you that. We are villains after all.
Mario: Fine! We'll accept Armageddon! This-a time, we shall finish this! No return!
Bowser: Agreed, Mario. I must meet the prisoners now. But ta-ta for now. HAHAHAHAHA!
The screen was turned off.
Roy: Armageddon. A final war. Are you guys sure we're up for it?
D.K.: Even if the odds are against us, we will win!
Pit: And with only 30 of us here, they'll most likely send Bowser, King Boo, K. Rool, Ganondorf, Majora Mask, Vaati, Ridley, Kamek, Dark Matter, Andross, Giovanni, Shadow Mewtwo, Darkrai, Black Shadow, Porky, Medeus, Zephiel, Ashnard, Validar, Anankos, Nemesis, Medusa, Saturos, Ogura, Hadron, King Hippo, Zanza, Dr. Coyle & Hedlok, and Grunty against us.
Ash: Oh, but don't forget about the new villains they brought as well.
Takamaru: Let's see...The villains we'll encounter are Dr. Eggman, Dural, Dark Force, Shadow Master, Ramirez, Dr. Wily, Sigma, M. Bison, Astaroth, Grandmaster Meio, Bagular, Count Dracula, Xion the Unborn, Gava, Spooky, Kazuya Mishima, Nightmare, Ghadius, Mithos Yggdrasil, Sephiroth, Ultimecia, Kuja, Shuyin, Master Xehanort, Thanatos, Lavos, Rhapthorne, Masayoshi Shido, Orochi, Murai, Jaquio, Shao Kahn, Frieza, Cell, Queen Beryl, Crocodile, Orochimaru, Piedmon, Myotismon, Impmon, Lucemon, Maleficent, Pete, Montana Max, Spat, Garuru Platoon, Tirek, G1 Megatron, Char Aznable, Raoh, Dio Brando, Hades, Younger Toguro, Shishio Makoto, Hisoka Moro, Yami Bakura, Kinnikuman Super Phoenix, Hao Asakura, Naraku, Sosuke Aizen, Zeref Dragneel, Tomura Shigaraki, and Patolli.
Cyndaquil: You mean there's more than the ones we saw?
Takamaru: Yeah. I remembered each one of their names before I got brainwashed.
Banjo: And Richter and Trevor has fallen under their spell.
Y. Link: As well as Vegeta and Sasuke.
Luigi:(Whimpers)So there are many more villains now? Well, you guys can go ahead and fight them, but I'll go home and watch T.V.
He was about to walk over to the command board of the ship, but Mario grabs him and pulls him back.
Mario: NO LUIGI! We must work together to defeat them!
Luigi: But I don't wanna fight this-a many villains and die! I have much to live for!
Samus: Wait a second! Remember what Bowser said about if there are villains, there are heroes as well?
Mario: OH YEAH! We can ask E. Gadd to summon all the heroes here to help us win Armageddon. Then we shall all be even.
Fox: Great! Then I'll set the coordinates for the Mushroom Kingdom.
The Great Fox flew back to the Mushroom Kingdom and flew over to E. Gadd's Lab. Inside the lab, the Nintendo Heroes told E. Gadd about the new villains they encountered.
Oshawott: And Bowser told us there are heroes in their worlds. Is that true?
E. Gadd: Hold on. I'll check.
He walks over to his computer and starts typing on it. After a few minutes of typing...
E. Gadd: Guys, I found the matchups to those villains you saw and heard!
Everyone gathers around to see the villains' pictures on one side and the heroes' pictures on the other.
Isaac: Of course! There are heroes in their worlds too!
Mario: We knew some of them like Sonic, Megaman, Bomberman, Pac-Man, Sora, and several others. Now it looks-a like we may need their help again.
Link: I think it's time to use that teleporter again to send them here.
E. Gadd: Great! Follow me, everyone.
The whole gang follows E. Gadd to the next room.
