Chapter 4: The battle of fire, The second trial begins!
"So what will the second trial be?" Daisuke asked
"All I remember it's supposed to be a child digimon…" Tsukaimon said
"No you would be surprise my master he has grown…" Sangluopmon said calmly
"Hmm if I guess it right you mean that edgy guilmon…" Tsukaimon said
"Y-yeah…." Sangluopmon sighed
They then arrived after much walking as they saw a large black dino digimon it has white hair as a main it seems that it has been waiting for a while for the next challenge
"So you've come to the challenge huh…" The black dino digimon look at them coming
"How will we do for the second challenge?' Daisuke asked
"Simple you just have to defeat me but only one digimon counts I want i 1…" The black growmon said
"So who would battle with the hot head?" Daisuke asked
"Well if you don't mind let me do it…." Tukaimon said
"I am out I only know information…" Eyesmon sighed
"And I can't interfere for now…" Sangluopmon said
"Why don't we settle it with a battle of rock paper scissors…" Daisuke said
"Fine by me…" Tukaimon said
"The best out of 3 wins but the catch is you must win to 3 first…" Daisuke said as eyesmon begins the signal
"Rock!"
"Paper!"
"Scissors!"
"Wait… a minute…. My paw don't resemble anything if you wouldn't mind?" Tukaimon asked to Daisuke as they halt the draw
"Fine…." Daisuke sighed as he digivolved tukaimon into Devimon
"That is unfair!" V-mon shouted
"V-mon it's just rock paper scissors…" Daisuke sighed
"Rock! Paper! Scissors!" The first round went on pretty easy as Devimon beats V-mon as he uses rock and V-mon uses scissors the second round also went pretty fast as V-mon still using scissors and Devimon in turn goes to paper making it a 1-1.
"Hpw much longer will this be?" asked as it continues where V-mon and Devimon seems to tie on the third round and it goes faster and faster but the third round went smoothly as V-mon takes the win as he uses paper and devimon uses rock.
"Just one more…" V-mon thought as the fourth round goes in without problem as he is distracted it's a reverse paper rock situation as Devimon smirk
"Oh no!" The blue dragon shouted
"You can't be distracted…" Devimon smirked in victory
The fifth round was the more intense one as both of them give their all there are at least 7 times it draws but in the end V-mon won it as he takes a rock pull while Devimon uses scissors.
"Yosh!" V-mon shouted
"V-mon it is…" Daisuke smiled
"Hey we're finished…" He shouted while from the look of it fell asleep waiting
"Finally! You're taking too long…" said as the other digimons look at the sideline including daemon
"Did I just lost to that child dragon." Devimon thought
"He is a fire type what should we gofor V-mon?" Daisuke asked
"I am going to fight him wil fladramon of course…" V-mon said
"It's your call…" Daisuke said
"Digimental up!"
"V-mon armor digivolve too! Fladramon the flame of courage!"
The digivolution sequence begins as V-mon change into his digivolution Fladraon the embodiment that resides within the digi egg of courage
"Our enemy is…" Daisuke scanned Black Growmon
"A dark digivolution digimon? So he is the same as Devimon huh… Virus…" He thought
"Fladramon use your signature attack!"
Daisuke shouted as Fladramon attacks with his fire rocket attack but Black Growmon just sighed and grabbed the flame ball but Black Growlmon just catch t with it's two big hands
"Is that all?' Black Growlmon sighed as he look at Fladramon
"He grabbed it so easily?" Fladramon gasped
"The trajectory of your attack may it seem like it's random it's actually not…" Black Growmon said as he suddenly goes in for the kill
"Black Exaust Flame!"
He used his dark flame blast at fladramon but fladramon dodge it barely on sight
"That was close…" Fladramon said as he goes in again with his punch but Black Growmon goes in for the attack with his plasma blade Daisuke seems now to be thinking about the next move
"Fladramon just dodge and don't attack!" Daisuke shouted
"Are you crazy Daisuke?! If I don't attack then how can I win?" Fladramon keeps on dodging
"Cover yourself just like we practice and wait for the moment before the shield bresks!" Daisuke shouted as Fladramon had no choice he also didn't got any idea on how to fight Black Growmon this is his first time
"I think Daisuke forget one flaw that a large dino digimon like Black Growmon have…" Devimon commented
"And that is?' Sangluopmon asked
"That is the sheer size advantage…" Devimon said
Daisuke still continues to think of a scenario as from the look of it Fladramon's shield is running out of juice
"After the shield breaks go back into v-mon!" Daisuke shouted in the second moment that the shield breaks Fladramon de-digivolve back into V-mon and rush in V-headbutt that makes Black Growmon lose control almost falling as V-mon turns into X-Vmon
"X laser!"
In the moment of negligence X-Vmon manage to use X laser and seal the victory holding both Black Growmon body
"I lose…" Black Growmon smiled
"Having a human partner sure is nice totally different that what lord daemon said." He smiled
"Just what is your relationship with Daemon anyway?" Daisuke asked as V-mon didn't pin Black Growmon body and help him up
"He is my lord." Black Growmon said
"Is everyone here your servants?!" Daisuke said as he facepalmed then looking at Devimon
"Not all of them." Devimon groans as he turns back into tukaimon and X V-mon turns back into V-mon
"Before going to the third trial I want to hear your story and Daemon…" Daisuke said
"Fine… A lost is a lost…" Black Growmon sighed
Flashback
Dark Area
"No other demon lords want to have a servant like me…" sighed as he is being tossed from demon lord to others until it stopped at Daemon
"Daemon why did you took the child level digimon? Your servants are mostly adult level digimon aren't you scared of not having a perfect level servants?" The demon lord that reveals itself to be the symbol of lazy asked
"No why would I? I take them because of their ambition even if I work alone I need someone to take care of my place in the dark area Belphemon…" Daemon sighed
"That is sweet but having a servant that does whatever you need and is competent is also a must." The demon lord said
"Even so… They must be loyal this black guilmon right here never complain of the work that I have done… That is why I pick him…" Daemon sighed
"Ah… beat yourself if you want him then fine I'll tell the other demon lords to back off he was my servant before after all just take care of him and it's time for my nap…" The demon lord of laziness turns back into it's sleep mode as it rests as Daemon look at the door of the black guilmon looking scared
"From now on you are mine… Be grateful…" Daemon said calmly as he gives the black guilmon the symbol of wrath on it's left hand
End of flashback
"So basically Daemon saved your life… Daemon I thought you are only a ball full of anger but I guess you are not huh…" Daisuke sighed
"I also need an army it's hard finding digimon to my taste…" Tukaimon said
"We are glad that you chose us…" Sangluopmo said as Black Growmon wonders touching the ears of tukaimon and hanging it's body up
"Um whois this purple flying thing?" Black growmon asked
"That is our lord…" Sangluopmon informed
"Really?"
"Really…"
Both sangluopmon and Black Growmon talks in a bit of awkwardness
"Now kneel your head the blue dino didn't finish you off so…" Tukaimon said
"Sorry!" Black Growmon being kicked on by Tukaimon as Black Growmon apologize while Daisuke and V-mon just look in confusion and feels bad for the Black Growmon
"Could you tell me the third trial?" Tukaimon asked
"From what I know the third trial is going to be a bit tricky…" Black Growmon said
"Did you get a hint of how the third trial goes?" Tukaimon asked
"No…. You didn't inform me…" Black growmon sighed
"Could you just give me a hint?" Tukaimon asked
"Water… a water stage…" Black growmon said
"A water huh…" Devimon thought
"At least the second trial has pass do you want to come with us?" Daisuke asked to Black Growmon
"Yeah my job here is done… you took so long! I didn't even manage our hideout it must be full of dust!" Black Growmon shouted
"And another black digimon added…" Daisuke sighed
"Water… Just what is the next trial that awaits us?" V-mon thought as they leave the second trial place.
