Ash and Serena finally made it to the party and it was big and looked very fancy, nice and there were lots of people.
Their friends were here like Brock, May, Dawn, Iris, Bonnie, Goh, and Gary are here. Ash's Pikachu was also there wearing a tuxedo with Dawn's Buneary who was wearing a purple dress. Once they noticed them in their outrageous renaissance outfits they were confused and questioned on what they're wearing.
Brock then asks."I hope you don't mind me asking, but what are you guys wearing?"
Ash and Serena explained to them about outfits and the salon they went to, during that Gary started to have a humorous face, Ash noticed it and started to get angry.
"DON'T...YOU...DARE…LAUGH." Ash said angrily to Gary.
Everyone even tells Gary to hold in his laugh but he couldn't hold and started to laugh. "I've never seen anyone so ridiculous Ash!"
This made Ash turn red from embarrassment as Gary laughed.
Bonnie came and said "Well I think Ash looks great, especially Serena I think you look amazing."
Pikachu agrees with Bonnie. "Pika Pi Pikachu Kachu." As he agrees with Bonnie, Buneary also nodded her head with agreement.
This made Ash and Serena smile. "Thanks Bonnie." Serena said with a smile.
"No matter the less they look ok even if they look kind of weird in these clothes." Goh said honestly.
"You're not wrong though, I know this is a Renaissance party but I think their outfits are a bit over the top." Iris said honestly as well.
"Well it doesn't matter, they look good so let's go. I wanna go to the ballroom right now." Dawn said impatiently.
"Alright everyone let's all go now, there's nothing so let's go." Brock said as everyone followed him.
"Make sure to smile you two, smile." May said happily with a smile on her face as she and the others left.
Pikachu and Buneary also left with them holding paws and leaning against each other happily.
The Master of Ceremonies announced the couples at the party. Serena turns to Ash and sees he was not in a good mood.
"Is something wrong Ash?" Serena asked.
"I don't know how much longer we have to wear this Serena." He told his girlfriend.
"I'm sorry Ash, but can you please try to grin and bear it? It's just for one night, once the party is over we can go home and take these outfits off." Serena said to him as Ash lets out a frustrated sigh. Serena gives Ash a supportive smile. "Ash?" She asked.
"Yeah?" Ash replied as he looked at her.
"You look handsome." Serena said to Ash as he relaxed and smiled at her.
"Ah. Come here, you." Ash said as Serena pucker up her lips and Ash leans in for a kiss, but their bulky outfits prevent it. Ash and Serena let out a huge breath for air.
"You know I could really need my Pokémon to battle someone here but I can't reach for my Poke Balls in this monkey suit." Ash said as he tried to reach for one his pokeballs but to no avail. "Oh." He started groaning and gave up. "Oh well, I guess I can go for a night without battling. I hope Pikachu and Buneary are having a great night."
On the other side of the room where Ash and Serena are, the announcer introduces Ash and Serena.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Kalos Queen Serena and Pokémon Master Ash!" The announcer said as the audience clapped. The curtain starts to open. It reveals them both. The audience sees them in their outfits and thought they looked weird in them.
Ash and Serena tried to walk as they both laughed nervously in embarrassment. Suddenly Ash's belt buckle snaps off and hits Iris in the eye and the belt buckle starts bouncing everywhere.
"Ow! My eye! My eye! You dumb little kid!" Iris cried out in slight pain as she stumbled and Dawn grabbed a hold of Iris and tries to calm her down.
"Iris calm down! Look don't worry I'll take you to a…" Dawn stopped talking and they had duck from the belt buckle that was bouncing everywhere.
The belt buckle later flies past Brock, who was flirting with beautiful girls then flies past Pikachu and Buneary, who were holding each other and were almost about to kiss when they noticed the belt buckle fly past them. The belt buckle knocks over a vase. The vase flies up on stage and Serena maneuvers to catch it. In flight, water spills out of the vase which causes Serena to fall over and ripped half her skirt dress.
Ash's tuxedo bib slaps him in the face. The clasp holding Ash's pants up breaks off. Ash stands on stage with his pants around his ankles.
"Serena!" Ash cried out as he shuffled towards Serena. He trips over his pants and hits a loose wooden plank on the stage which caused the loose belt buckle to fly up and hit a banner pole.
Ash has reached Serena who is still lying on the floor. "Are you okay?" Ash asked his girlfriend.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Serena replies as her eyes widen as the banner pole broke off and landed onto a waiter carrying flaming skewers.
The skewers fly through the air. May stands up in frame with one eye half shut. The flaming skewers shoot by her and land in the curtains, setting them on fire "Oh! Shrimp! My favorite." She said as she blows one of the skewers out, takes one and took a bite with a smile as she walks away.
The fire causes a shield to detach from a wooden ceiling beam and fall onto the stage, breaking it in half. The whole stage collapses in the middle. The buffet tables slide towards Ash and Serena at the other end and collide with a crash and a bang sound.
Goh and Brock cringe at what they saw. "This has been a bad day for Ash and Serena today." Goh said to Brock which Brock nodded his head with agreement. Ash got the buffet table off of them as he stormed off angry and out of the room with Pikachu and Buneary following him. "Yep, a bad day for them." Brock said.
"I don't know about you, but I think this party just got better." Gary said with food in his mouth.
Both Brock and Goh groan from what Gary said.
"Well at least he didn't caused an infection to my eye. He still acts like a little kid." Iris said angryly while holding a pack of ice against her eye.
"Alright Iris just calm down and keep the ice on your eye." Dawn said to Iris.
"Well we should check on Ash and to make sure he isn't too mad. Bonnie said. They all nodded but Gary was busy eating.
They all then followed Ash.
