He couldn't do it anymore. Though Keenser tried his best to free his trapped foot, his strength started to fade.

How could he have been so stupid? How could he have gone into that cave all alone?

He should have known that it would collapse sooner or later.

Now there was no way out.

His foot stuck, the exit blocked by debris… and water filling the cave slowly.

When it finally had reached the top of his head, he couldn't help the muffled screams escaping his mouth.

No one would hear him.

He drowned. Scared. Lonely. Without hope.
