It is the third most powerful quirk in existence and you probably can only use up to 5% of it because only the original quirk user, Shaggy, could use all of its power. If anything you are probably too op to be using it on villains or heroes." She said.

Midoriya then went home, already he could feel just how powerful his quirk was, he knew that he didn't need any training for not even Allmight could stop him. As he entered his shitty apartment. He could smell the alcohol. His mother constantly drank and blamed him for the government taking all their money due to the fact he was quirkless, which was true but it wasn't his fault that he was born quirkless. A few weeks later it was time for the UA Entrance Exam and also Midoriya was homeless. Because of his new quirk he didn't trip so he didn't meet Ochaco but he also hasn't taken a bath or eaten in a week. He then went into UA and began taking the written part of the exam. Then suddenly an insane looking blond girl in a Japanese school uniform and a black trenchcoat carrying a Sumitomo Type 62 machine gun opened the door. She then screammed, "FUCK YOU IBARA SHIOZAKI!". She then shot randomly at the class room and was teleported away.
