But when it's the warlock's turn to keep himself from harm's way he's not as on top of things as he'd like to believe, leaving the task up to those closest to him. A series of connected short stories featuring our favorites from Camelot and their mission to keep one selfless sorcerer safe.

Arthur and Merlin are captured on a hunting trip and taken to a kingdom where nobles are despised.

Ten years into Camelot's golden age, Morgana casts a spell of exchange to send Merlin into the past - and bring his younger self forward. Inexperienced and untrained, and surely much easier to kill... In the past, Merlin must somehow connect with a young king who still hates an illegal magic, to duplicate the spell and return both his selves to the proper times...

Arthur is the Once and Future king, destined to fall in the battle of Camlann. That is his destiny… or, it should have been his destiny; except, Merlin had other ideas. Arthur lives and continues to reign over Camelot. But fate isn't happy and a prophecy is born. A prophecy that says a young boy will finish Morgana's work. There's a small problem with that, the boy adores the king.

A roar of pain, cut off from reaching its full bellow as Arthur twisted the sword in deeper, ending the beast's miserable life. It dropped to the floor at Merlin's feet and he watched with a detached sort of curiosity as the animal that had been moments away from ending his life now lay still. (Set in s02e04. A wilddeoren encounter effects Merlin more than he realised it would.)

These drabbles are exactly 100 words long. Rated G to R. Lots of different characters, lots of different stories. This is the second set of drabbles in my story listing.

A strange saver appeared in Morgana's life just shortly after she'd been captured by Sarrum. Yet the saver has her own agenda and Morgana find herself in the kingdom of ice, waiting to be married to someone that may break her wings forever. Merlin got caught into a story he'd never expected to be part of. He's forced to make decisions that would shape his own destiny.

Set during The Kindness of Strangers. Merlin does things differently, starting with deciding to face Morgana and becoming more involved with helping the people like him. He knows he has to find a solution, but choosing one side, he might endanger this other.

Revenge is a nominally legal business, but this time it's personal for Merlin, and nothing will get in his way - not Agent Arthur, not Freya the wife of the man who murdered his family. He's prepared to kill whom he must and sacrifice himself to revenge himself on the man who killed his family... psuedo-western a/u, no slash

Ever since being 'awarded' the 'great honour' of being Prince Arthur's manservant, Merlin has struggled with the job. Not only was it working from dawn to dusk, seven days a week, it was taking care of a Royal prat. With a large amount of that work alone, just the two of them, in his chambers… (METHUR AU).

After Morgana corners Finna she thinks all is lost with the witch's death, but hope is found anew when it is apparent Finna was not wounded in the forest. Pushing forward she finds someone she was not expecting. (Reveal fic, rated T for death, blood, etc)

"The Fomorroh are creatures of dark magic. In the days of the old religion, they were revered by the high priestesses because they allowed them to control people's minds." Morgana had no idea the extent of what she was doing. Killing Arthur was child's play for the young warlock. But what will he do now that he's dead. (T for dark content and death)

Merlin meets a Girl in Camelot, Mary. She helps Gaius with all his patients and has a sad past. Soon his destiny will be linked to hers. I wrote this story for my teenagers. They were sad that Merlin didn't get a girl. I didn't change much in the story but created an additional character. (I don‘t own Merlin)
