[A/N: this is about when I got saved. True story!!!!! Remember, Jesus loves you]
Jesus Loves Us All
My life used to be blank.
I felt trapped,
Like a fish in a tank.
I was afraid, I was lost,
I was giving up my life,
Not knowing the cost,
Until one day my friend
Called me on the phone, and invited me
To a church retreat the next weekend.
Well, it was up in the middle of nowhere,
But I said I'd go,
Thinking I might meet a guy there.
Well I did!
But it's not what you think---
It wasn't another kid.
"This guy is named Jesus,"
The youth leader said,
And he died for all of us!"
When I heard this, my soul was set free
My heart was filled with love
And I was glad to be me.
For the me I am is the one Jesus loves,
And since I love him,
When I die, I'll live with him above!
But the ones who Jesus loves are not just a few,
Yes, you heard me right,
JESUS LOVES YOU.
With a little faith, you'll be saved too.
