"Hi I need to speak with Harry potter please" the young woman told Ms Dersly when the door opened.
"I'm sorry miss but no one by that name lives here," she answered, "please excuse me we're right in the middle of diner I must get back."
"Who is it aunt dersly?" Harry asked walking up to the door.
"No Harry Potter huh ms dursly?" The girl asked brushing past her to Harry "ah Harry potter I'm Catharine Jones and I'll be accompanying you to hogwarts. "
"Um do you mind if I ask why?"
"Yes I do"
"Join us for dinner?"
"Ok"
That was the end of that conversation
"What's up with the babe?" Ron asked as he and Harry walked in the door to the burrow.
"Got me, bet she's been hanging around for 2 weeks now and she hasn't let me out of her site for more than 2 minutes since she's shown up," Harry told Ron, whispering so the blond following two steps behind wouldn't hear, "I don't even think she sleeps"
"weird"
"yah, tell me about it, she hardly ever says anything ether." Harry elaborated as they turned a corner and began up another stair case, "I mean-"

both boys stopped, Harry with one foot still in the air.
"stay here" she told them as she headed up the stairs and turned the corner

the young lady came back from around the corner holding something that only Harry recognized, a muggle gun, "Ron please get your father and tell him we have a death eater in custody and that young Harry here is fine"
Harry immediately turned to go but Ron hesitated, "Harry stays here, Ron goes."
Ron gave a fleeting look at Harry and was acknowledged with a nod before running down the stairs.
"Who are you?" Harry demanded with a hint of fear.
"a messenger and a friend"
"Horseshit, you just killed a man"
"actually, this" she held up the gun "wouldn't kill if I wanted it to, it's enchanted and can only stun. This on the other hand," she stated pulling out a nine millimeter and putting the revolver away, "could"
as the second gun was put back under the robes Mr. Weasly came barging up the stairs just in time to see it. "Stupefy"
Catharine fell back against the wall, apparently unconscious.
"are you okay harry?"
"I'm fine, she said she stuned a death eater."
" Here?"
"in their"
Mr. weasly stepped over the stunned girl and clanced around the corner, "yep, she got someone all right, i don't know who thou."
"it may be of use to ask questions before you shot sir" cat anounced, begining to move.
N/A i know that was short but that was the best intro for this storyline that i could think of, and if you were wondering, yes Cat is a muggle. please review.
