AN: This was written after I finished the game... Basiclly Kairi is alone on the island, angsting and remembering. A bit sad, I guess.. Please review.

It's been a year now, since I saw you. You promised you'd find me, and I'm holding onto that promise. You still haven't given me my lucky charm, but it no longer matters. I've been to the secret place may times since you went... I've stared at the door, hoping greedily for you to come back, even if the heartless do to. You never do. I stare at the pier, looking for something on the horizon, perhaps.. a raft? You, or Riku, coming home.. But it's never that easy.
I found our raft, broken and mangled on the beach.. It seems such a long time ago that we built it. It really wasn't that long ago, was it? We are still children, but.. Somehow I feel older, and I know you must too. I can't bring myself to rebuilt it without you and Riku, so the pieces are in a pile, hidden.
I cry, a lot, but I have to get over it. I must be patient, I must wait. I've waited a year.. How much longer will it be?
Is Riku gone forever? I feel for him.. In part, I caused his fall into darkness.. I should have made my hear stronger. Where is he now? Battling heartless in kingdom Hearts, being tortured there without end? Perhaps it's nice there, ane he's happy, but I don't think that's possible.. Nothing is ever happy anymore.
I want to find you, and help you. Just see you. But I have no way of traveling.. The worlds are seperate now. But they are safe. If I brought them all back... Is a person more important than a world? I must stay here, on this prison-island, that, a short time ago, was paradise, and with two more people will be paradise again.
Are you with your other friends now? Goofy, and Donald? I liked them all... Your friends, I mean... Or are you with Yuffie,Leon, and Aerith, while I waste away on a tropical prison?
I mustn't think like that. There is plenty of time left.. Right? I'm young, only fourteen. I've my whole life ahead of me.
My life will be wasted without you and Riku.
Please come back. This island will kill me. Unless you come back.
