Half a year had past since the Kisaragi boy's school had beaten the Princesses in a saddning defeat. The boys went on to win at Koshien.
Now, the Princess 9 met up again to discuss the new year. But one thing was missing...
" Where is Seira?" Nene questioned.
"She graudguated believe it or now" Yoko snickered.
"So we have to find a replacement." Izumi said in her usual high horse tone. "I'll go talk to my mother." And she walked out the door.
"For once Izumi isn't doing something just because she wants to. She's doing it for the team." Hikaru laughed nervously.
Everyone nodded.
Suddenly they heard a knock on the door. Ryo, the team captain, went up to the door, wondering who could be knocking on the door of the girl's baseball room. She opened it and....
"Hi ladies! Ready for another year of practice. This year we will go all the way to Koshien and let no one stop us!" It was Coach Kido. Ryo's mom was currently engaged to him, so she knew him better than the other girls. He was also sobber, surprise surprise. Ms. Hiyakawa had convinced him to give up his achoholic ways.
"Coach! How did you know that we were meeting today!" Koharu gasped.
"Well, Chairwomen Himuro told me. You wouldn't want a meeting with out your coach would you? Now, I've got our training schedule...."
"But wait. We have a really big problem!" Nen jumped up. "Seira's gone, and we have no one for second base! And the team won't do good if I'm a member again!"
"Well that's not problem." Izumi walked in behind the coach, with a pink haired girl behind her. "Girls, this is Sakura Mikono. My mother knew that Siera would no longer be in this school and got a replacement right away. She a 2nd base..."
"Ah! Sorry! I have to go meet someone!" Hikaru blushed and ran away.
"Nice to meet you all. I'm a freshman here at Kisaragi," Sakura bowed, "I hope to become good friends."
