Pippin ran as fast as his little legs could take him. You see he was having an argument with Merry about their relationship. Pippin wanted to improve their relationship but Merry said they shouldn't. Pippin kept on running until he came upon a clearing.
He walked over to a tree and sat down in silence.

Merry tried his best to keep up with his lover. He didn't want to hurt him, but they just couldn't be together. Merry knew Pippin had known that their parents wouldn't allow them to be together, but pippin is a stubborn hobbit.
" Pippin.... Pippin." Just as he was about to give up, he spotted pippin curled up in a ball near a tree. Taking a few steps closer, he said " Pippin...I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you."

Pippin sat up and glared at merry " Then why don't you want us to be together...Don't answer that merry...If that how you feel then...then-then.. Fine!" Pippin stood up and walked away. Didn't even look back when Merry cried out his name.
Merry watched as Pippin walked away until he completely vanished from his sight.

Their love would be lost forever.....

Several days later Merry's body was found by some farmers near the Brandywine Bridge, Merry had drowned himself because he couldn't be with Pippin any more. Taking his life would be the easiest way to get out....
Pippin never found out.....
