Rain
Ash and Misty walked slowly through the silent Forrest. This was an unusual change from their constant bickering, but the forest somehow made them feel still and silent. After walking for some hours, rain began to fall without warning. But this was not harsh or cold rain, it was gentle rain. Ash thought about asking to stop, and find shelter from the rain, but thought better of it. It didn't seem to be affecting him. He glanced at Misty. She didn't show any signs of discomfort. In fact, she looked quite content. While sneaking a glance a Misty, Ash noticed something for the first time. Misty looked amazingly beautiful. Her eyes were like Angel eyes, So blue and innocent. And her smile…it made him weak in the knees. He could go on, and on staring at her, but a voice snapped him back to reality.
"Ash, is something wrong?"
"W-what?" Said Ash, jumping back into reality.
"You've been staring at me for five whole minutes" Misty replied with a slight chuckle, and her blue eyes dancing.
"Five minutes?" thought Ash. "Seemed like forever.."
"I..-uh..you see-…I think you're beautiful" Ash blurted out suddenly.
Misty's eyes widened. Ash thought she looked even more beautiful standing there, with the rain pouring down on her. Maybe it was the rain. Maybe it was the way Misty looked into his eyes. Whatever it was, it drew them into a passionate kiss. As Misty put her arms around Ash's neck, and as Ash ran his hands down Mistys dripping arms, it lead them to the point of no return.

They both awoke hours later, after the rain had stopped. It was a rather awkward moment, neither of them know quite what to say. Making matters worse, they were tangled in each others arms, barenaked. Finally, Ash spoke up.
"Uh…Does this mean-" He began, but Misty cut him off.
"Only if you want to" She said quickly.
Ashes face broke into a grin.
"Its exactly what I want"

The weeks went on, and Ash continued to battle trainers, in hope to be a Pokemon Master. One particular morning, Misty awoke feeling extremely ill. She got up quietly, and headed to the bushes, and was sick (Thankfully, there were no Pokemon in those bushes). This continued for quite some days. Another thing she noticed, was that she craved rather strange things to eat. But she wasn't the only one who noticed this.
"Are you okay, Misty?" Asked Ash one evening.
"I'm fine" She said quickly, and looked away.
Just as they had settled down to go to sleep, a horrible thought struck Misty.
"I think I'm Pregnant " she whispered.

Misty quietly packed up her things. She crept over to where Ash was sleeping, and tucked a note in his hand. She gave him a quick kiss, and fled in Darkness, with silent tears rolling down her face.
