Title: The Reunion

I was looking at the last manga in the StarS series and I flipped to the page where Usagi is in the cauldron and she sees everyone again. I got all teary-eyed just like I did when I first read it and I sat at the computer and wrote this. It doesn't follow the manga perfectly (I added a little) and I haven't seen the StarS show yet so I can't say anything about how close it is to that and all that jazz. This is very short but was really random. By that way, it is told in Minako's point of view.
I don't own Sailor Moon.
Seeing her again was like seeing the sun after being in darkness for months, even years! I have never felt so free and alive before that moment. And when she turned around and saw us, saw all of us standing there in our little white dresses, she smiled. She smiled at US; the people who betrayed her and tried to kill her. We ran to her, all eager to actually hug her, to thank her for everything that she did for us.
She had already had her moment with Mamoru. He got to her first but he let her go and she ran to us. She had tears streaming down her face but she was smiling. I reached her first and we embraced. I felt my heart mend itself from any heartbreak I had ever experienced. I felt whole! And I started crying. I may have been one of the last ones to get taken but I felt like I hadn't seen her smiling, beautiful face in years!
And she hugged me back with so much love! I felt her tears hit my shoulder and I tightened my grip on her. I will never forget that feeling of being loved so much for all the wrong I had done.
"Minako-chan," she whispered. "It was so terrible."
"I know, Usagi-hime. Gomen nasai."
She pulled back, confusion clearly in her eyes. "For what?"
"For betraying you," Rei said beside us.
We both looked at her but I nodded. "When I woke up and remember what I had done," I stopped because she was shaking her head.
"Demo, that wasn't you. It wasn't."
"Iie," Ami whispered. "In a way, it was."
"And we are truly sorry," Makoto added.
Usagi's face slowly brightened again and she threw her arms around me once more. "I never blamed you!" She shouted as she tried to pull the others into the hug. "You are all my friends and I love all of you with all my heart! And I know that you love me!" She pulled away from the hug and flashed us all a smile. "We are going to be together for a few hundred years, ne? And I can't go blaming everything on you!"
We all laughed and crowded around her once more. It was wonderful to have her near us again!
There it is. I decided to use Minako as the narrator because she is the first one (next to Mamoru) to hug Usagi. And the panel where they are both looking at Guardian Cosmos is beautiful to me. They both look so happy and yet so confused. Anyway, I'll let ya go! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
