Don't ask.. I'm obsessed with .hack, and I downloaded a few songs.. it put me in a depressed mood....

The Darkness
a .hack poem


I never want to face the day
when the darkness leaves me
The light is not all everyone says it is
Reality has it's flaws

It does not matter what you tell me
I will do this on my own
My love, do not fear the darkness inside you
This solitude is special.

We well remain together
in this world on the edge of reality
I do not want to go back
and I do not want you to leave me

Nothing is what it seems
but we must forget that
Our love will not be bent by those that interfere
Because I know you've been tempted.

This is our insanity
we have created this darkness
There is no escape from it
We must accept our fate

The light cannot penetrate this artificial hell
That is how I want it.
That is how it will be.
The darkness will envelop us.. willingly.
