Hey. The name's Dragon, and I've come to tell you that the planet's in danger. A lot of danger. This is how I saved the world with my best friends, and how I became a hero. I was at Metal Harbor, MO, racing my friend Pilot and putting together a puzzle that saved the world. "Tie," Phoenix shouted at the top of his lungs. I flew home to the Hero Garden with Phoenix, and said goodbye to Pilot as he went into the Dark Garden. After a break off of karate class and racing, I called up Pilot and Phoenix and asked them if they wanted to go to the Mystic Ruins for a walk in Wind Valley. "Sure, I just have to get my chao badge and I'll be there," Pilot replied. I got to Phoenix's room and asked him the same question, getting the same answer. We met at the Mystic Ruins at 5:00, ready with our badges. My badge was special, with a holographic glaze lining. "Let's go to the Ice Cap first, I'm sweating and a little boarding 'ill do for me," Pilot requested. We went to the Ice Cap and started snowboarding downhill, dodging crates and mutant penguins. Suddenly, we all went at top speed and plowed the snow, causing it to fly upward. The snow turned blue, then red, then orange, then yellow, and finally blazed up in flames, surrounding us. "What the heck," I said, surprised at the fire melting my feet and my snowboard as fast as we were going. We tumbled onto the hard rocky ground covered with cement and dirt. "Where are we?" Phoenix asked himself out loud. "I don't know, but it's sure not the place where we started," Pilot said, shaking. I stepped up to the flames coming up form the pot in front of me, with my badge glowing and leading me towards it like I wasn't in control of my own body. A dark figure came out of the pot, bleeding shadowy gas off of his body, dissolving as it touched the ground. "I've been waiting for centuries," the voice echoed. The form took shape, first forming a lizard- like body, and then grew gigantic before my eyes. "I am Biolizard, prototype of the ultimate life form, also known as Shadow," he said. I looked up at the monster. My badge lifted me into the air and dissolved, leaving behind a gold mirror. The mirror shrank into a diamond shape, and then stretched out into a foot long jewel. "You are the legendary Dragon Warrior, as shown in this image," Shadow said, holding up a stone portrait of a sky blue chao with antennas, horns, and wings just like my own. "Wait a minute," Phoenix said. "If he's a legendary chao with legendary animals, then wouldn't I be one too, because I am a pure Phoenix Chao." Shadow looked at him and then lifted him up. My jewel glow red as his eyes turned yellow with flames. A jewel the color of fire appeared before him, and then attached itself with a string of magic. "You are the legendary chao of fire and flight," Shadow explained. Pilot stepped up to Shadow and asked, "What about me? I haven't come all this way to be blown off of an opportunity that can make me fa(" he got cut off by Shadows voice. "You are a Dark NiGHTS chao," Shadow explained to Pilot. He reached into the flaming pot and took out a jester collar, then put it around Pilot's neck. Pilot floated up to Shadow and said, "What does this do for me?" he asked. Pilot's collar caught a blaze as his eyes turned yellow. "You are famous, for you are a NiGHTS chao," he said to Pilot. Shadow disappeared into the pot and we somehow got out. We were known as The Chao Legends after that day.
