Memories

Prologue

He looked at the newspaper and started to think about things he hadn't thought about in years.

*****Thoughts*****

I'm reading the newspaper. You're in it again. Last time you were in it was right after we broke up. This it you are in it for a different reason. This time you are missing. The paper says that you are dead and that's why you have been missing for so long. But, I know you better. I saw the pain on your face when I told you that we couldn't be together. You wouldn't have wanted to live in a place where the people and places reminded you of the past we were so happy in. You are hiding from the past.

I know where you are. The place you were going when we first kissed. No one else ever knew about that. They won't look for you were you are. I might as well help them. I've had time to think about the past. I know what happened. I should tell you what I did wrong and what I will do to change my mistake.

****End of thoughts****

He left the newspaper face down as he walked away. The door opened up and a wind blew the pages of the newspaper. The pages flipped until they reached the page he had been looking at. The wind died as he closed the door. The sun looked in though the window. Looking as the newspaper, saw the picture in the newspaper.

Outside he let the sun kiss his face as he walked to a place and people he hadn't seen in the last year. I hope they take my offer for help. I wonder if you are okay.

Inside the lady he was saying with heard him leave. "Draco, where are you going?" She asked the empty house. Her wandering feet drew her into the sunroom where Draco had been eating. She looked at the newspaper. And thought about how sad her beloved brother had been in the last year. It looked as though he had found away for him to cheer himself up.

"It looks like the stars are right. They always are."
