RAPTURE
He is enraptured with the way the pale moonlight dances over the emerald gardens of Imaldris and he breathes in the rich scent of the earth, attempting to deliver himself to this paradise; but he cannot help himself from being captured by a grounded star of the night, as cerulean brilliance embraces his vision.
Boromir had sensed the intensity of the Ringbearer's stare before but refused to let his will fail, and bend to accept it. He expects a blush and shuffle from the fragile creature, but only receives unyielding torture. After a moment of eternity, an aching sense of despair settles over his heart, as the halfling breaks their communion and leaves him with a nod of wary understanding.
And Boromir is left wondering why in this brilliant place, all light becomes absent and he is suddenly encompassed by the obscurity of darkness...
