The Knight of Glory; Prequel to FFIV

Cecil the dark knight rushed to the side of a dying man. The dark knight laid his sword to the ground while pushing a tear from his eye. He had grown up in the town [ninbog] and loved everyone there. Now he had a very big choice to make. He was standing in the town witch had once been magnificent and now was a burning pile of rubble. Cecil had been sent there by means of Air Ship and was under the law of Baron. He and other soldiers (the soldiers were not as high in rank) were there on a mission of disturbance. Baron's King had sent the Red Wings to fight of monsters witch had been attacking local civilians in the very town he had grew up in. Due to problems with some of the Air Ships, The Red Wings were forced to use a old Air Ship with much less technology and flight power. They were very late in getting to Ninbog and were forced to see that it was to late to save any villagers.
"Why did the King send all of us here just to help these people? He normally wouldn't care but why the hell would he send Baron's finest?" Cecil told one of the commanders looking through rubble.
"I can avenge this, I can kill all monsters within the area, insuring my vengeance."
The town of Ninbog was now wiped of the face of the earth and Cecil and all of his Red Wings were back in Baron with memory of the small city or town that once was on the planet and now is wiped from Earth and can only survive in memories. The disturbance was not attended to and the mission was failed. The King was furious with The Red Wings and said no more about the mission. Cecil however was still needing more information, he was forced to act like he didn't care about humans and that he was heartless and mean but within his armor and black hair remains what humanity he has left. Striving for vengeance Cecil leaves Baron dressed up as a Monk. You see Cecil was a Dark Knight and they were usually mean and heartless but Cecil had one thing that set him apart from others, he was nice. Dark Knights can only be found in the large city of Baron. If any one were to find out about Cecil's escapade he would be relieved of duty, no Dark Knight is supposed to take they're armor off innless of sleep. Vengeance is what drives him but what he may find out, Love is what brings him down.
