Two figures sat in the darkest corner of the common room. It was late, but
not late enough to make the couple tired. Especially not tired of each
other. No one around them considered them going out together, which
probably explained why they were in the corner together. It was either that
or the corner was far more romantic with just the barest edge of firelight
flickering over them.
For the moment, the two merely enjoyed the others presence in silence.
The girl slid closer to him, and just very gently laid her head on his shoulder. He didn't respond, as he just appeared to be lost in a world of his own.
Just as it seemed that he wouldn't even acknowledge her presence, he turned towards the figure on his left. She glanced up at his face and realized that what she saw was almost identical to what her face showed.
She couldn't manage to say anything.
He saw her face and bent over, leaning closer and closer to her. He pursed his lips, and before she realized what was happening they were together in an explosion of fantasy and dreams that they couldn't resist any longer.
After about a minute had passed, she felt something run along the bottom of her lip. She opened her mouth the tiniest sliver, and felt that thing enter her mouth.
As his tongue ran around the inside of her mouth, exploring all of her different tastes, she slipped her own through the small gap between the edge of his mouth and his tongue. Her tongue did what his was doing, exploring the inside of his mouth, and learning all of his different tastes.
Their tongues seemed to be having a full-fledged battle within their mouths, crossing and re-crossing swords.
They separated, and two sighs were barely audible, reflecting the couples complete happiness in the corner of the room. As of yet, they still appeared to be unnoticed.
Now, separate on the couch, they returned to their former positions; her with her head on his shoulder, and him off in his own world, yet each reflecting their own happiness, and memories of the moment that they were finally able to share with the other.
