(a/n): Hey everybody! Missed me? Well if you did, here is a poem for you. This poem is about Xiaoyu's feeling of Jin when he has left her. She thinks of him as a knight in a golden armor. Enjoy. ^_^
Carry Me On
All the memories we shared,
During the time we were together.
All the moments that have passed,
Stored inside my head.
A picture of you burned,
Deep inside my eyes.
I see you everyday,
During mornings and in my dreams.
I can't hold back the feeling,
The thoughts of you being here.
Long ago I thought I have lost you,
Far beyond my grasp.
The time has jumped the gab again,
Of the beautiful moments I have long lived.
If only I would stop,
Within the clock's hand.
And turn the second pointer
Back to a moment that was passed.
Where you still are with me,
Holding me tight.
As though you knew the future,
And the minutes that have gone by.
You would whisper a sweet voice,
Into my listening ears.
Telling me the future,
With lies along your words,
Afraid of hurting me,
Burning my soul.
Trying to protect from the burden you brought along.
You would be so kind and gentle,
Hiding all my fears.
You'd come each night to me,
Carrying me through these gaps of time I always feared.
If only you were here,
And protect me from my mind.
My mind has clouded and
I can't see the light.
I need you to carry me through darkness,
Through times of hardship and demands.
Like you used to wish all my fears away.
I cannot live without my knight,
To protect me through this path.
I need you to carry me on,
Through the darkest hallway ever yet.
I need you to carry me on,
To a place you will be waiting at.
