'Why did something like this have to happen to me? That was the first question I asked myself when I first learned of my…true self. Any normal person would have loved to be in my position but me being the strange guy that I was, hatred what I had. Now, after adjusting I guess I've learned to live with it. I remember a time when I was the dorky kid in school that everyone didn't notice. If I could go back in time I would have to live every moment of being the dorky kid to the fullest. But time is a very precious thing that, we all have to learn to adapt to. At least I wasn't alone in my abilities. My brother, Folken inherited it too except he was slightly different in ability. You see I'm no normal college (university) student. I'm what people would like to call a mutant. I am Van Fanel or as the public likes to call me Excalibur. I know what a stupid superhero name. My brother Folken Fanel is known as Elements, yet again another stupid name. If I could have chosen my superhero name, I would have chosen a decent one but no, some stupid reporter came up with it. Anyway what is my ability? I have supernormal strength, I can fly and bolts of fire come out of my hands. I know very Dragon ball Z except I yield a sword. I know future trunks has got one, don't start but can he see through walls. My brother on the other hand has the ability of the five elements, Fire, Wind, Water, Earth and Heart. Yeah he can talk to animals what a stupid ability. I would just love to know what a chipmunk is thinking! NOT! But Folken seems to like his ability. So no complaints there! I guess I'm whiney! My life was pretty normal except the odd occasion of saving a person from peril with my brother, the genius of the family. But then my life completely changed when I met her! Hitomi Kanzaki or should I say Hitomi Kanzaki le Fanel, now. Well we all have story and this is mine!'
