Small Town Girl

She was a small town girl. The perfect girl of the town. All the parents loved her, all the guys wanted her and all the girls wanted to be like her. She had the perfect life. She went to the perfect school, she even had a perfect boyfriend. Her parents loved her and were very happily married. Life was perfect.

Then he came. The bad boy, the hooligan. He ruined her, he ruined her image to the town. The first time they saw each other they had a connection, everyone in the town could see it. He was the bad boy from the city. She spent a lot of time with him. Her boyfriend became jealous, her mother was annoyed she didn't like the boy. She and her daughter had once had the perfect relationship but now it was all changing. The girl and the boy spent all their time together. The boy only opened up to her he was her only friend in the small town. She realized that her perfect boyfriend wasn't so perfect, she realized that they had nothing in common, she realized that everything was changing around her but she didn't realize why. It was because of him, the new guy, he was different to everything she had known but he was perfect for her.

Then he was gone. He was no longer there. Some one in the town didn't like him, well no one did. This some one was very annoyed that he took away his perfect girlfriend. That he ruined his relationship with the towns' princess because she was meant to be his and only his, no one else's. Especially not some guy with a bad past. The boy disappeared, he was no longer around.

The girl was devastated, but she moved on, everything went back to the way it was before the bad boy came and stole her heart. The town just moved on with their everyday life. She and her boyfriend were very happy, they had a perfect wedding, her mother as her maid of honour, her father gave her away. It was all perfect, she married her childhood sweetheart. Because after all that's what she had wanted, right. That's what she had always wanted. She had the perfect life and she should be happy. She was supposed to be happy.

She knew deep inside that she would never be happy because the only time her life was truly perfect was when he was in it. She didn't know what had happened to him, he just disappeared one night and never came back, never wrote. How could he do this to her, why would he do this to her. She never got to say what she really felt and what she really wanted. For this she hated him, she hated him for leaving her in this perfect place, which was perfect it had to be.
