Dear Journal,
Today was the typical day in the life of a monk. I had to help put a
spell on this "key" that will supposedly destroy the world if put in the
wrong hands. So I had this great idea to change its form to a little girl.
Of course they all disagreed with me because-well-we shouldn't make a life
out of thin air. Why? Because the key will eventually realize its life
mission: open up a portal to let the gods in and out of the human reality
so they can destroy the world-pure evil. It took some convincing but I told
them that if all goes according to my plan, there would be no reason for
her to know.
You see, my plan is that we can take away her history of being a key and insert a history of being a human. Everyone around her will remember her as a human and know one will ever know she is the key.
The rest of the group decided that this idea is stupid because if the gods did find her, she would know.
That's when my brilliance came in. I told them, "Well, if we had someone to protect the key from knowing, the key will never know what she is. Someone to protect her-someone like-Buffy."
That was the end of my convincing. The rest of the group got to work immediately. If we could insert the key about 14 years back from right then, my plan could work.
Tomorrow is the hardest part. Inserting the key as a person 14 years ago. Not to mention, the key first has to be made into a little girl.
