Chapter 2
Inu Yasha ran into a clearing. He stopped and looked around and stared straight ahead to see a girl in the shadows.
"K-k-k-Katie, is that you?"Inu Yasha stepped forward and reached to her. She stepped from the shadows slowly."But how??I thought …"
"What, that you had killed me too, along with the rest of my village?Well you were wrong.I got away.But you WON'T!!"She rushed towards him unsheathing a Katana from her waist.
"I'm gonna do to you what you did to my family!!" She thrust the sword at Inu Yasha. He dodged it, but not fast enough. Three hairs got cut off and a trickle of blood leaked down his cheek from a cut.
"What the hell are you doing?!I never killed anyone!When I got there they were all already dead!I just left them!!"
"Kagome I hear his voice from over there," whispered Miroku.
Kagome, Shippou, and Miroku walked into the clearing, and saw the girl standing in front of Inu Yasha.The girl saw the three of them and retreated back into the forest.She stopped on one of the branches and looked back at them and said:
"This is not over yet."
