~Truth Behind A Lie~ Summary
It's 15 years after the end of the war and all of the ex-gundam pilots have settled down and started families. For 5 years after the war the pilots stuck together and kept in touch, but then, for apparently no reason, they drifted apart and went their seperate ways. Yet soon they will all be together again at the upcoming gundam pilot reunion and the past will come back to haunt them. Shortly after the reunion though the ex-gundams will be presented with a new cause as they become aware of a suspicious ambassador from a mysterious race of beings outside the earth's solar system from Relena Peacecraft, the now president, and old friend of the pilots. Not long after meeting this so called ambassador strange things begin to happen, including another alien being of a different race crash landing on earth with a startling story and a warning about the ambassador. Once the gundams get involved the whole planet, as well as the colonies, get dragged into another war, against enemies they could never before have imagined. Along the way though they will also make allies that will be vital to their survival and evolution. Even while this is going on there is still the ever present problem of the past and what was left unsaid, as well as the unending mixed feelings harborred by the pilots that they must sort through before time runs out. And with the entire human race depending on them - time is precious.
