---It was late at night and Obi-Wan Kenobi sat in the hall of the Jedi Temple, thinking to himself. He was supposed to go on a trip to Kashyyk the next morning. And leave his padawan behind. Anakin was fourteen years old. Perfectly capable of taking care of himself. Obi-Wan knew this. He trusted his padawan, he really did. He was just worried, because since he became Anakin's master, he had never left him alone for very long. He would be gone a week this time. What kind of trouble could a padawan get into around the temple? Obi-Wan dismissed the thought with a shake of his head. He needed to rest. He yawned slightly and stood, walking into his room.---
Anakin raced down the hall of the Temple. He ran out to the ship Obi-Wan would be taking to Kashyyk. He stood beside the other four padawans and looked to his master. "Good-bye, Master." he said solemnly. He could hardly contain his excitement. A whole week where he would get to do anything he wanted! He would still have to train. But not as hard as he would if his master was around. And even better, his friend Tru's master, Ry-Gaul, was going also. Three other masters, Siri, Soara, and Taur-Le were going also. That left Soara's padawan Darra, Taur-Le's padawan Syyla and unfortunately, Siri's padawan Ferrus. Ferrus had been Anakin's rival for a while. Anakin sighed inwardly and shook his head. He looked up quickly to his master. "Good-bye, padawan." Obi-Wan said with a nod. Anakin nodded also. A hint of a smile came upon his face as Obi-Wan stepped onto the loading platform with the other Jedi. With a slight wave to each of their padawans, the five Jedi entered the ship.
