Chapter One: Late Night Trip

Ginny was in her third year at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She met a boy with brown hair, freckles, and glasses. When there eyes met Ginny felt her heart melt. A sudden image popped in her head. She saw green eyes and untidy black hair, but she brushed aside her thoughts of Harry. She had been hiding her crush on him since his first trip to Hogwarts. This new boy made his way over through the great hall.

"My name is Tyler," he said.

"I'm G-G-Ginny," she stammered looking into his warm brown eyes.

"It's nice to meet you. I was just wondering if you would like to come with me to the dance this weekend." he said turning red.

Ginny replied as she turned a bit pink "Sure it's a date."

Tyler walked off just as Ginny's best friend Emily walked up.

"What was that all about?" Emily asked.

"Oh, it was nothing," Ginny replied, brushing off her guilty feelings of liking two guys at once.

"Was that Tyler? He is really hot."

She was cut off when Emily asked "Do you like him?"

"No!" Yet Ginny felt terrible for lying to her best friend.

They walked off together towards the Gryffindor common room. When they reached the portrait of the fat lady Ginny said the password and climbed through with Emily following behind her. When they were inside both Ginny and Emily started to blush as they walked past Tyler who was reading The Daily Prophet.

As they walked past he stated "How are you doing ladies. You are both looking lovely today."

When they reached the girls dormitory Emily began to giggle uncontrollably.

There is no point in my being alive. I just want to disappear." She said to herself. She suddenly stood up and walked to the boy's dormitory. She went to Harry's room and opened his trunk. She pulled out his invisibility cloak and threw it over her. She made her way out of the Gryffindor common room and headed toward the kitchen. When she reached the portrait of the fruit bowl, she tickled the pear and walked in. The house elves all offered her treats and drinks but she refused and asked for a knife instead. After retrieving the knife she headed towards the astronomy tower.

When she reached the top she pealed of the cloak. She then held the knife to her throat. "This is my only way out. I can't live like this. I am better off dead." Suddenly she felt a hand firmly grasp her should. She slowly took the knife away from her throat and turned around to see…
