6.30am. The alarm went off. Sophia's eyes shot open. Or at least, tried to shoot open. Mascara had glued her eyelashes together. There was also lipstick and foundation all over her pillow. Hell, that was good party last night. If only it had been someone else's leaving party, and not hers. Sophia was about to go to Hogwarts, and the train was at 12 today. And it took 4 and a half hours to get to the train station, which left her with.. OH FUCK! Just ONE HOUR to pack and get ready to leave! 6.45am. ~ Get outta bed Sophia, get outta bed ~ she thought, wishing she could move. "Sophia Green, if you don't get out of bed right now, you're going to your new school in you pyjamas!" Her mother bellowed. She tried to move. It hurt her head. A lot. She tottered to the bathroom, on hungover legs, and leaned on the sink, and gazed into the mirror. Nice. She looked exactly like a bush. And not a pretty summer bush. The wintry type with branches everywhere. she fell into the shower, and exactly 5 minutes later, emerged wet, clean and her head felt a teensy bit better. Not much mind you, only a teensy bit. Wrapped in a towel, she pulled the bathroom cabinet door open, and opened the box of paracetamol, dropping them all over the floor "Fuck , fuck, fuck, fuck," she muttered as she scooped them up, before swallowing two. 7.00am. Sophia rummaged madly through her room, trying to pack. She was gonna be away until Christmas, so she'd better actually do this right. She threw a variety of clothes, in various shades of black, into the suitcase, with some angry girl type CDs, and her treasured poster of Courtney Love. 7.30am. Finally ready, she collapsed into the back of the car, her mind buzzing. She had always known she was adopted, that somewhere, she had a twin sister. Of course, what she hadn't known, was that she and her twin sister were witches, and that she would be thrown in the deep end, and sent to witch school 5 years later than everyone else. She would be in the fifth year, which meant she'd be five years behind. God, she hoped her sister was nice, and would help her..
