As there were once two,
Now there is one.
As there were four,
Now there is two.
The passage of three,
Creates a void in her heart.
A hole which no one,
Could ever hope to fill.
The one whom she had been with,
Since before they were born,
Is gone now,
Taken away from her,
Given to the desert,
Never to return.
One life is now separated,
Into two different paths,
In which one is missing,
From the other.
Life cannot seem to go on,
For this solitary girl,
Without her other half.
What cruel world is this,
That one would kill,
A mere boy,
For the ultimate throne.
Her fears blind her,
Yet she stays focused.
For she knows,
What she must do.
Her brother's "death",
Must never be in vain
