The story of Peachy
Hello, I am little pony called Peachy. I was brought out a long time ago, in 1983. I was beautiful then, as I stood in the store, admiring myself in the mirror, and talking to Twinkles, the only friend I had then. Believe me I was lonely, save for Twinkles. I wanted a child to love me, be my friend, take me everywhere.
I stood in that cold, barren store, trapped in my box for 3 months. Then one day, I saw light. My box & I were being freed. It wasn't that barren store I saw, but a little girl, with a huge smile. It was a house, something I heard of. Only this house was pretty, with shiny things and a big tree.
"Oh wow thanks Mom, you're a pretty pony, aren't you Peachy". She didn't place me down in my Pretty Parlor, but instead a Royal Castle. I'm sure nobody lived there, but as I looked above the drawbridge, a white unicorn loomed above me. She was kind, her name was Majesty. She saved me from the Party ponies, who were cruel, evil and horrid. They didn't have a pretty castle or even a lovely grooming parlour, but a cold box to live in. They didn't like me.

But this girl did. Her name was Laura. Gradually she loved me, and took the best care of me. Sadly her care didn't involve enough grooming, and after time, my hair became frizzy and matted. She showed me to her friends, who were both kind and cruel. One snatched me and cut my hair off. But Laura did not care, she still loved me. She took me everywhere, including school, birthday parties and the zoo. I was a well loved and travelled pony.
Sadly a few years passed and I lost Twinkles. Twinkles got eaten by a puppy who Laura loved. My brushes came missing and I was gradually left without a home. Majesty was kind, she let me stay with her castle. In those few years more and more ponies came. Then one day came. A truly horrid day. I was left in the.....attic!
Now this attic was a cold place. What had I done? Gradually 2 years went by and suddenly I was boxed up and taken away from this attic. A bright, outside place. Someone, not Laura, stuck a price tag on me proclaiming "50p". I lay on this cruel ground, hoping someone would love me, stuck inside the castle with Majesty. But I was there and suddenly I was disturbed. Majesty and I were moving, rattling inside this box. It must have been half an hour when I gradually came out of the box. It was another house, not Laura's, but someone else's. I was taken out and although not played I was loved. This person was not a little girl, but she had the same expression in her eyes Laura had. She was a much older girl than when I had seen Laura.
So instead of being stuck inside the box, I am loved.
Now I am a happy pony & I want to stay that way.
