I stood on the top of the train. Was I ready to do this? I mean...really? It was all so familiar. Basically like my first raid on a reactor...but now it was different. I promised myself this would be my curtain call; my final strike against Shin-ra. I might as well get this over with.the sooner the better. But something bothered me about this. I didn't know what, but..
"Cloud..you ready fer this?" Barret asked. He was concerned, which was a change. I jumped down from the train.
"I'm ready." An alarm sounded. Multitudes of Shin-ra soldiers advanced on us. By now, they were nothing to me. I took their lives soundly; almost gracefully. I looked back at Barret. He was having no more trouble than I was. The reactor was close to the entrance.. too easy. I set the explosive, and easily destroyed the guardian. Barret looked fatigued, but it was probably all the running. I was suddenly weightless,. I turned and saw a soldier near the explosive.he was speeding up the time! I shot a magic shot at him, and it neutralized him. But I was too late. The reactor exploded all around me; I.died.
Or so I thought.
"Uh.hello?" A voice said. It wasn't familiar. I tried to open my eyes. It hurt, but I was able to. "You okay?" My eyes met a figure. He had silver hair, black trenchcoat.he also had a longsword on his back. The name "Sephiroth" flowed through my mind swiftly, and I jabbed him in the face. "Dammit, that's what I get for helping someone in need.." I looked at him more carefully. He had blue eyes.. It wasn't him. Reality hit me in the gut; hard.
"I'm..so sorry." I wasn't sure if he was okay. He wasn't bleeding, but it was obvious he didn't enjoy being punched in the face.
"It's alright. Being who I am, I get jabbed often. By the way.I'm Sephiroth."
"What?" He couldn't be.the eyes.
"Heh heh, I'm kidding. My name's Reaper. I can only wish that I was Sephiroth." What the hell was he talking about? Sephiroth was one of the most evil people I had ever met, and this kid actually wanted to BE him? It would explain the style, but it was more than a little insane.
I grabbed him by the trenchcoat. "Where did you hear that name?" I yelled. He hesitantly pointed to a TV, in which there was a battle going on against Sephiroth. There was 3 people I recognised. Tifa, Vincent, and.me. I dropped him. "How.where did you get this?"
"Radio Shack. But first, I'd love if you could tell me one thing." He asked. I might as well answer him; It's not like I'm going somewhere.
"What's that?"
"HOW THE HELL DID YOU END UP IN MY LIVING ROOM?!?!?!?"
