I wish I was a neutron bomb, for once I could go off.
It's night time, and Sailorsaturn is standing on a grassy hill with her Silence Glaive silently thinking.
I wish I was a sacrifice but somehow still lived on.
She turns around changing back into Hotaru as Haruka, Michiru, and Dr. Tomoe run up to hug her.
I wish I was a sentimental ornament you hung on
We flash back to when Usagi is showing Mamoru the locked when he being held and brainwashed by Queen Beryl.
The christmas tree, I wish I was the star that went on top,
It is Christmas Eve with everybody, and Mamoru is holding up Chibi-Usa. She is placing a star ontop of the Christmas tree. inside the star we see a faint glow of Queen Serenity from the Silver Millenium.
I wish I was the evidence
I wish I was the grounds for fifty million hands up raised and opened toward the sky.
Mamoru is studying in his apartment, and for a break gazes out at the stars. He could have swore he saw a constellation in the shape of Fiore winking at him.
I wish I was a sailor with someone who waited for me.
Rei is walking up the steps to the shrine coming from university, and Grandpa Hino and Yuuichirou are waiting for her.

Makoto is walling in the park when a jumbo jet flies over head. Before she can get mistly eyed about not having a family Usagi, Mamoru, and Chibi-Usa catch up with her from behinde. Makoto now smiles cause yes she does have a family.

Back at the Christmas party there's a knock on the door. Chibi-Usa answers it, and in walks in a person with a ton of stacked packages. It's not Santa Clause but Setsuna.
I wish I was the full moon shining off your camaro's hood.
Haruka is walking to her car, and sees a nude Usagi sitting on her hood. Haruka does a double take, but now we see Michiru leaning on the passenger side door. Haruka runs up to her, and gives Michiru a kiss. Not just any kiss, but a deep soul reaching kiss as the camera pans around the two. Once they break Michiru asks, "What was that for?" to which Haruka replies with a smile and wink, "Everything."

Above the two enternal lovers soars three shooting stars as faded images of the Starlights appear behind them.
I wish I was the souvenir you kept your house key on.
Ami walks home and is about to put the key to the lock when her mother opens it.

Poor Minako. She's still trying to win at the God Driving at the Crown Parlor. Luna, Artemis, and Diana are watching at a very safe distance.

Naru is loaded down with books studying for a big test. The next thing she sees is a parfait being placed on her desk. She looks up bleary eyed thinking she sees Nephrite, but it's really a slightly older version of Umino without glasses and a tad longer hair.

No it will never stop. As long as there are anime fans, love and justice, the moon and the planets, rabbits, and girls wearing sailorfuku in Japanese school Bishoujou Senshi Sera Muun will live on in our hearts forever.
