Die Zeiten

Bright's chest was smooth and slick and tasted like nothing like his sister's lips, which always overwhelmed his taste buds with Amy's latest lip gloss flavor. Colin loved to start at Bright's belly button and kiss his way up to under his chin, leaving a wet trail behind him. Half the appeal was the place just below Bright's rib cage, the most ticklish spot on his body, especially when Colin would 'forget' to shave in the morning.
Bright loved Colin's hipbones, the way they felt under his hands when he pulled Colin close to grind against him. Their skin was soft and pale, and Colin would gasp whenever he traced a finger lightly over it. He much preferred their sharp angles to the soft curves of the breasts of the women in the magazines under his mattress.
ii.
Amy is warm and damp when Colin slides a finger between her legs for the first time. She closes her eyes and her fingers tighten around his arm. He watches her face as he toys with her, observes the way her eyebrows furrow and her nose wrinkles a little every time he touches that certain spot. Eventually, her body tenses and she shudders around him, releasing a breath he hadn't been aware she was holding. As she comes down, her features relax and her lips form a lazy, languid smile. This is the first time that Colin begins to feel guilty.
iii.
Colin will never tell Ephram about his dreams. He will never tell Ephram that his lips were dry when Colin kissed him on his porch swing. He will never tell him that the first time Ephram came in Colin's mouth, Ephram cried because for some reason, the feel of Colin's hair clenched in his fingers reminded Ephram of his mother. He will never tell Ephram that he loves it when Colin bites the curve of his neck, that it always makes him moan and frequently makes him climax.
Most importantly, Colin will never tell Ephram that the first night at the ski lodge, Ephram said "I love you" in his sleep.
