Duskmon's Poem

I stare at the moons of this world

Something yearns inside as I do

The only lights in the dark sky

Every time I look they seem so new

Why do I feel so empty?

I feel attracted to the light

But I am the Warrior of Darkness

This does not feel right

I belonged to the shadows

That is where I belong

But why do I feel alone?

I know something is wrong

I can hear them laughing at me

They think I am not strong

They do not know my true power

I know they would not last long

So I wait until my master needs me

And I can deal with those children

I shall reveal to them my power

And I shall never be laughed at again

So I shall wait until my time arrives

I looked at the moons of the sky

I feel attracted to the light

I just want to know why
