Duo woke up slowly, he had a pounding headache and his mind was kind of fuzzy feeling. He was relived to find that he was completely intact and breathing normally "am i still alive" Duo said quietly to himself as the person beside him stirred slightly. Duo sat up and looked at his surroundings, he didn't recognize where he was. he was about to wake up the quietly sleeping Wufei when someone banged on the door.
"Duo! Wufei! Wake up before Kerri gets home and finds you two like that!" A girls voice said groggily through the weak wooden structure of the door "oh and Heero called so we have to get going soon...."
Back in the room Duo poked Wufei gently "Wu are you awake?" and nothing happened Wufei just kept sleeping so Duo poked him again not so gently this time. Wufei grumbled and rolled over so Duo got a evil grin on his face "desperate times call for desperate measures" he mumbled to him self and said " Wu-man I was thinking of painting the gundams, how does pink sound for Nataku" Duo's smile widened as Wufei's eyes snapped open
"Oh my god! Duo your alive!" Wufei yelled ecstatically as he hugged Duo tightly "Wait I'm alive! I though we were dead.this isn't the after life is it.?"
" Wufei calm down your starting to sound like me and no I don't think we're dead" pinches wufei's arm and laughs as he yelps "yep were alive!"
