Sirius Black was finally approved innocent and woke up on a wonderful Sunday morning. Yawning loudly he turned around in bed only to find his lover to lay next to him fast asleep. It was unusual for Sirius to wake up before Remus, but he had noticed that his lover was only catching up the sleep he had lost during the last years and Sirius was happy to oblige to let his lover sleep.
Still Remus Lupin looked gorgeous this morning, his light brown-flecked grey
hair was sprawled along the pillow, his soft pink lips were slightly ajar and
one of his hands was protectively over Sirius waist.
Sirius didn't dear to move as he didn't want to wake him, never less he was
tempted to touch his lover's face. He gently he leaned closer and kissed softly
Remus' lips savouring his taste and then parted as a quiet moan escaped his
lover's lips.
"Morning gorgeous." Sirius whispered as Remus opened his eyes
sleepily only to close them again and then yawn quietly.
Sirius then entangled himself from his lover sleepy form and quietly got out of
bed. Wanting him to make a wonderful breakfast that his lover should never
forget, or better to say, this was the morning his lover should never forget.
"Where are you going?" Remus asked sleepily as Sirius just wanted to
leave the room. Sirius turned around and smiled warmly at his lover and
answered, "I'll be right back." Remus accepted the answer and then
pulled the blankets once more tight around slumbering asleep.
Sirius then quickly descended the stairs and started to do the breakfast. It
took him some precious time to finish everything, but he was enjoying doing
because it was for Remus and Remus meant everything for him. No matter what he
may be and no matter what had happened during the war, he still loved him as
much as he did during his time at Hogwarts.
As he then finally had finished cooking, making tea, etc. He placed everything
on a tray and levitated it upstairs into their bedroom. He placed then the tray
on his side of the bed and then went over to Remus' side to wake up his lover
who had fallen once more into a deep sleep.
"Hey sleepy head breakfast is ready." Sirius chuckled after kissing
his lover on the cheek. Remus opened his eyes and stuck his tongue playfully
out towards him. He then sat up in bed looking at the tray with hungry and
loving eyes.
Sirius quickly went back over to his side and slid down under the blankets next
to his lover. But just before he let Remus start he shook his finger and got a
small box out of his nightstand.
"Paddy what have you got there?" Remus asked curiously and Sirius
just smiled warmly.
"Close your eyes Remmie." He commanded and Remus obliged freely his
smile growing into a wide grin.
"Remus Lupin will you marry me?" Sirius asked only whispering as he
slid the gold ring on his lover finger.
Remus opened his eyes in shock, as he hadn't awaited this. Never in his life
had he thought that Sirius would want to marry him, but know that he had asked
he somehow couldn't find the words to answer. He knew the answer but he just
couldn't get himself to say those words. But then finally he broke the silence.
"Yes." He whispered and Sirius looked at him confused.
"Paden?" Sirius asked wanting to make sure that his lover really just
meant what he had said.
"Yes Sirius, I want to marry you." Remus answered pulling Sirius
closer for a long passionate kiss, their breakfast long forgotten.
