The beast falls, and all is silent.
But that's exactly what's wrong, it's too quiet.
No sounds of life, no gratitude,
All is silent and dark, and then I see.
You're not here, only a body.
Only a shell remains, where you once were.
I can't believe I failed, the beast won.

It deserved to die for stealing you away, and now that it has,
