Prologue.
Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and his younger sister Ginny Weasley stood in front of Professor Albus Dumbledor's house. Of course, it wasn't acting as a house right now, but as Headquarters for a special organization. An organization that wanted them, as they had been informed in the letter that Professor Dumbledor had sent to them a couple of days ago. And there they were there, at the right time on the right day, and yet it looked like nothing special was happening. But as we all know, almost nothing in the Wizarding World is ever what it seems.
Ginny was the first one to come out of the stupor that they all seemed to be in and suggested that they knock on the huge, oak front door. The suggestion seemed to bring both boys back to reality, and Ron stepped forward and took the doorknocker in his hand. Bang Bang Bang. They didn't have to wait long before they heard footsteps and a female's voice saying, "I'll get it, Grandfather." The voice sounded oddly familiar, but none of them could place it. That is, until the door opened. There, standing in a dark purple cloak, was Hermione Granger, their best friend.
