Pan felt an ache deep within her stomach. The churning was making her nauseous. She could see that malicious grin Paris was wearing on her insipid face. The upsetting feeling she had was overwhelming and before she could do anything, she smelt something nearby. Looking over at the entrance, Pan saw the horrid expression worn by Trunks, the turmoil boiling. The mixture of betrayal and antagonism was unbearable. "NO! I WON'T!" Trunks growled, infuriated at the fact that Pan was just trading him as if he were a trivial item. "Too late. I agreed. Let's go," Pan muttered, exiting the cove with a beaming fiancée and an incensed adolescent behind. "Well!?! HURRY UP!" "I WON'T MARRY HER! I WON'T!" "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM YOU MORON!" "YES, IT IS! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO MADE THE DEAL!!! BREAK IT GODDAMNIT!" "She can't," the water princess' voice intervened. "Fine, I WILL!! I'M NOT GOING TO MARRY YOU!" Trunks screeched, directing his voice to the aqua-loving princess. "Why not? Don't you.... don't you like me?" 'Oh, shit.. now, I've got her bawling! I CAN'T TAKE THIS!' the boy thought, storming out and grabbing Pan by the arm. Halting, Pan looked straight into Trunks' eyes. He was about to say something when he abruptly stopped, and shoved Pan onto the ground. "HEY! WHAT THE FU-" but when she turned around, all she saw was thin air. "WHERE DID YOU GO!?! WE STILL HAVE TO GO TO THE..... temple...." Pan sighed exasperatedly.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ 6 Hours Later ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Pan yawned for the fifth time that evening. "Why don't you just go to sleep?" Paris asked sweetly, too sweet for the dark princess' liking. "Go away," Pan ordered coldly. The room she was given was far too small and chilly. "Oh, I sure hope my Trunks- chan comes back soon... then, we can get married and rule my kingdom!" The giggles and perkiness persisted on until the wall started crumbling. Paris gasped slightly at how casual Pan was being after she had just blasted and shattered the partition that was made of solid rock. The quietness in the room made Paris feel uneasy. "Well, uh... I guess I'll be go-.. huh?" she wondered out loud. Pan wasn't there anymore. "Hm.... I guess she went to go look for my husband-to-" She felt a jab in her lower abdomen as she said those high spirited words. Doubling over, Paris vomited blood all over her satin robe. Coughing, Paris rose trembling a bit as she ambled over to the bed. Instead of red, she was spitting out blue phlegm. "JEALOUSY ISN'T PRETTY, YOU KNOW!"
"Damn bitch, thinking that I'd actually be jealous.... All I need to do is go to the temple with that loutish adolescent. Then, I can be free of this foolish mission." Groaning, Pan walked up the eroded stairs and into the Temple of Time. There was a faint melody playing throughout the temple. 'The voices of the sages,' she thought. Kneeling in front of the blocked passageway, Pan closed her eyes filled with contempt and crinkled up her face covered with disdain at the fact that Trunks had forsaken her. Growling, she got up and sauntered over to the velvet carpet where she squatted down. Her face was at an oblique angle making her stare out the beautifully decorated windowpanes that gave off an incandescent glow. "Hm... the moon is full.." the observing voice echoed throughout the entire sanctuary. Lying back, she sighed and shook her head. Pessimistic thoughts were racing through her head as she fell into a deep slumber.
Without a warning, the ground opened up and Pan stumbled into the dark abyss. A few moments later, she reappeared on the filthy and dusty floor of a damp chamber. "Master?" Pan asked out of the blue. Two ashen eyes snapped open, glaring right at the dark princess as if they were trying to make her dissolve. "What can I d-" "ENOUGH! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?! YOU'RE SCREWING UP THE WHOLE PLAN! I think you deserve a little punishment for your insolence...." The uncouth voice was dripping with malice. Pan grimaced at the sound of her Master's crude voice. Nevertheless, she stood, head up with pride. This made Vegeta laugh. "You won't be feeling anything much less pride once I'm done with you," he cackled as shadows enveloped Pan's body and started ripping through her flesh. Blood trickled down Pan's beaten body, but she still stood, taking the damage and 'what she deserved'...

"I can't believe the nerve of that girl! Betrothing me like this.. and she's not even my mother!" Trunks groaned in aggravation. He was sauntering in the marketplace where he had met princess Marron. "If Marron was the one that I was traveling with on this damned expedition, I wouldn't have any complaints," he muttered. Unbeknownst, Trunks wandered over to the Temple of Time. Once he realized that he wasn't near the fĂȘtes anymore, Trunks felt a droplet of water on the tip of his nose. "Oh, crap. Not rain...." Sighing, he ran inside and watched the downpour from inside. The greens surrounding the temple were soon beginning to look lush. The interior looked amazing! 'Wow, it's so big...' Trunks thought. Walking over to the enchanted parapets he slid onto the floor, backside facing the pasty walls. Suddenly, a bead of red fell onto his right hand. Bringing it to his face, Trunks sniffed at it. "This is... blood.." Squinting his eyes, Trunks saw a ball in the corner of the asylum. "P- PAN!?!" Trunks yelped out in frenzy. As he scrambled over to the pale body, the worst flashed through Trunks' mind. Shaking her as hard as he could, tears started to well up in his eyes. "HEY!! YOU STILL HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO! I CAN'T DO THIS ALONE ESPECIALLY SINCE I DON'T FUCKING KNOW HOW TO!" Power started to flow throughout Trunks' body as he bawled. "YOU CAN'T DIE!!!!! YOU CAN'T DIE!!!!!!!!!!" he screamed in sorrow. The burning aura around him suddenly surrounded him, taking him whole as Trunks' other side emerged. With a blank look on his face, the crimson warrior looked down at the inert cadaver. "Well, the least I can do for you is give you a proper burial..." the ethereal voice whispered. Swooping up the lifeless corpse, the dynamistic teen walked out into rainstorm. With god-like alacrity, he made a cleft near the blossoming tree. Slowly, he set Pan into the gap. With one last virtuous kiss on the forehead, the crimson warrior said his farewell. "Sayonara. forever... my hime no fushigi..." he murmured, covering her body with the wet soil. Fingering the Ocarina of Time, Trunks sighed.
Walking inside, the morose warrior assembled all three pieces into indents where a prophecy was written. Grabbing the ocarina, he started playing the comforting melody of the Song of Time. Blue swirls directed themselves at the grand barricade bearing the royal family crest. The wall split into two, opening a path for Trunks. Once inside the hidden chamber, he walked over to the pedestal. Hands gripped around the Master Sword, Trunks drew it out. Unexpectedly, an azure ray encircled him with warmth. As he disappeared, the rain dwindled down to a drizzle. Outside, the area around Pan's grave started quaking.... disgruntled moans heard from underneath.......
