Love For Eternity
Author's Note: This story or fanfiction was inspired by the song, If You're Not The One by Daniel Bedingfield. This will be a multi-chapter story, and I will try as hard as I can to update often. Okay, this story might be a little luvey-duvey, but... I can say that it does convey emotion.
Prologue
Hermione sniffled, she had been crying for several hours. Ron and her had gotten in an argument. She always thought that Ron didn't see that she was in love with him. There were so many feelings towards Hermione that she couldn't understand.
Meanwhile, Ron was sitting down on his four poster bed, thinking. He knew that he made Hermione upset, as usual. But he remembered that he felt funny around her. Like it was… love. 'No, it can't be THAT…' He thought to himself. He rested his chin on his hands.
~*~Flashback~*~
Hermione knocked on the door of Ron's home, he walked down the stairs and opened it. Hermione was there, smiling at him. Not her usual look of dissapointment. He saw her hair, slightly passing down her shoulders. Her warm brown eyes brought a sense of delight towards Ron. She was staying here for the summer, and Ron lead her down the hallway down to the backyard, which led a path to the green hill with the single oak tree. He grabbed her hand as they ran down the little path.
The sun was shining on that nearly cloudless day. And Ron layed down under the shade of the tree, watching the clouds go by. Hermione had laughed and smiled as they tried to guess what the clouds looked like. Like little children. They both could feel their hands touching each other.
~*~End Flashback~*~
Ron loved that day, but it seemed so distant, like it was more than years ago. And his love for Hermione was beggining to subside, but it still was with himself. Though the day when he and Hermione had felt love in the air was the summer of their 4th year. Now they were fifth years. And Ron has been distant from her. Harry kept close with both of his best friends, but didn't notice what was going on with Ron and Hermione.
She looked out of the window, trying to see the stars, her love for Ron had only grown stronger since the summer. She worried that Ron didn't feel the same way. This got her frustrated, and she kept this crush to herself. And now this arguement came over just by a book she was writing in, and that happened to be her diary. Luckily she stole it from him before he read the entry with her love for Ron. She had to let this out, but she didn't want to tell Ron. So she asked Harry instead, and he would meet her at the fireplace at one o' clock when everyone went to sleep.
The next night, she wrapped her fingers with her strands of hair, and she ruffled her robes in anticipation, seeing if Harry was anywhere in the Gryffindor tower.
"Hello." Harry said, making Hermione jump.
