Two Mini-stories

Another One of those Trips
Scully's P.O.V.
It was another one of those endless car trips. You know, the ones where you pack food and drinks; and all you see are endless green pastures with cow after cow and horse after horse munching on barley, oats, tall grass, and weeds. Then, after endless hours of nothing you begin to see endless hours of "ancient" old silos.
I was beginning to fall asleep when I said in a voice not much more than a whisper, "Wake me up when we get there Mulder." He acknowledged me with a nod and I fell asleep.
Mulder's P.O.V.
Just before my Scully fell asleep she told me to wake her up when we get to our final destination. I had nodded my head, but I was lying.
To tell you the truth, Scully was in fact in no condition to go on this trip. In fact, she looked like she had barely any sleep at all. So when we made it to the local motel that we would be staying in for the next seventy-two hours, I carried her into our room and gently laid her on the neat and tidy bed.
Soon after, sleep over came me and I fell asleep too.
Scully's P.O.V.
I woke up to find myself not only in a different place, but also in a more comfortable position. As always, Mulder was on the couch with the TV on snoring away.
But it looked as if our room was a disaster zone! Mulder's clothing from the previous day was scattered everywhere, our bags were in the middle of the room, and my car keys were hanging on the coat rack! This so not right!
Mulder's P.O.V.
I woke up to find Scully tidying up the place. It didn't look like home to me anymore.
Of course, no one could call my apartment home. It has trash and paper all over the place an-…correction, had paper all over the place.
Before we left, Scully did some house cleaning and had said; "Now someone could liver here." The fact is, I can't!
Shopping Spree
Written by, Amanda Adamson
Dana walked excitedly to J.C. Pennys. She was finally having a well-deserved vacation away from the congestion of the FBI Headquarters.
Not that she didn't like to be at the headquarters. She loved it. Being around her friends like Fox, John, and Monica. But she just couldn't remember the last time she had a vacation.
Dana looked down at her shoes. They were scratched and the soles were worn out. 'Yep,' she thought. 'Time to but new ones.'
She walked into the lit up J.C. Pennys adjacent to the Claires. As she walked she saw two very familiar colors…..Red and green. 'I guess they're getting ready for Christmas early.' She thought.
About an hour later, Dana had a cart full of clothes and shoes. She walked out of formal wear and down to the dressing rooms.
As she got to the counter she saw Fox. He was looking at a rack that had Wranglers on it. Above the rack there was a sign that read: SALE! Men's Wrangler jeans $19.99.
She quietly walked up to him and said, "Hi Mulder." "Hey, looks to me like you're on a shopping spree." He said. "Very good Mulder. How did you guess?" Dana said teasingly. "A hunch." Mulder replied. "Isn't it great to finally have a vacation?!" Dana asked, very much anticipating his answer. "Yeah." He simply answered. There was an awkward silence between the two after that. "Well, I am going to go try on these clothes. I'll be back in a bit okay?" Dana said. Afterwards they spent the whole day together.
The Long Awaited Credits
I could not have done this if it weren't for the genius Chris Carter, who came up with the characters Mulder and Scully from The X-Files. So he is the main one I give thanks to. I also give thanks to my family for believing in me and my grandma for letting me use the computer after countless times I've messed it up. Thank you so much.
