On with the story!!!!!!!!!!
***** Janeway sat on the couch in her ready-room with her head in her hands. The pain was incredible even though she had already taken an analgesic from the doctor.
The chime on her door sounded.
"Come in." she called the sounds echoing painfully in her head.
Chakotay walked into the room.
"I've got that repo- Kathryn are you ok?"
"I've got the biggest headache in the world right now and it isn't responding to medicine."
"Think a backrub would help?" he asked with his usual grin.
"Never hurts to try."
He put the PADD on the desk and walker over to where she was sitting and started to rub her neck. He did so softly but with just enough force to loosen up the muscles. After working on her neck for awhile he slowly worked his way down her back loosening the muscles as he went along. When he was done he sat in front of her on the couch and asked, "Feel better now?"
"Actually yes I do. I guess loosening the muscles and letting the blood flow through was just what I needed. Thank you so much."
"You're welcome." He then leaned in and brushed his lips against hers. To his surprise she began kissing him back. They both pulled away and looked at each other.
"I'm sorry." He said just as she said "Thank you."
"You mean you're not mad at me?"
"No."
