Kagome ran back to the well and jumped into it. When she got back to the forest in Inuyasha's era, she ran to Keade's hut and told everyone there everything that happened that night. "What! Sota had a shard?" Miroku asked. "Yes," Kagome replied sadly. "Damn! And you let the hanyou get away too! You moron!" Inuyasha began. "Leave her alone. She's had a hard night. Let her get some sleep," Shippo said angrily. "Damn it pipsqueak! Shut the hell up before I kick your ass again!" Inuyasha yelled. "Sit!" Kagome said. Inuyasha fell into the ground. "I told you not to touch Shippo! You never listen do you?" Kagome added. "You really should get some rest Kagome," Keade said. "Alright," Kagome replied. At that moment, Inuyasha went outside and walked around the village. Why couldn't Kagome sense the shikon shard? How did that hanyou get into her time anyway? Inuyasha thought. "Inuyasha!" Sango yelled running up to him. "What do you want?" Inuyasha asked. Miroku said that you went to find that hanyou. Is that true?" Sango asked. Why would I do something like that?" Inuyasha replied. "Well, to either save Sota or to get the shikon shard." Sango said. "I'd only do it for the shard," Inuyasha began. "Inuyasha! Sango!" Shippo cried out of breath. "What is it Shippo?" Sango asked. "Kagome's in trouble! It's the same hanyou she told us about!" Shippo said. "Damn it!" Inuyasha yelled. He began to run to Keade's Hut, but by the time he got there, the hanyou had Kagome in its talons and was flying away. "Kagome!" Inuyasha yelled. Damn it Kagome! What do we do now?
