" That's okay," said that girl while smiling up at him. "My name's Megan. What's yours?"
" Uh, Trunks," he said. For some reason this girl made him feel powerful. Maybe it was the way she stood. She slouched and held her head down. Yet she was cheerful *very strange* thought Trunks.
"Nice to met you.. Hey.. Aren't you related to that lady, Bulma that works at Capsule Corp.?" she asked.
"Yea, she's my mom. Why? Do you know her?" asked Trunks a little taken aback.
"Nope, never met her in my life! But I heard that her son has purple hair and wears Capsule Corp. cloths. So I just asked," said Megan with a giant smirk. " Who's your dad? Is it that guy. umm. what's his name. oh yeah. Vegeta. is that your dad? I heard that he is a really rude guy but a great fighter."
"Uh, yea.. That's his name. How do you know all this stuff about me?"
"Oh. News gets around. OKAY! I can't lie. I've been trying to meet you so that you could train me how to fight." She admitted looking at the ground like she was ashamed of herself.
"Uh. why?" asked Trunks.
"Because I am a slave and my master is very powerful. I want to defeat him so that me and my big sister can be free. " said Megan holding back tears.
"That's it? I would be glad to help. But first I have to ask my mom and dad for permission," said Trunks trying not to sound nervous at the thought of asking Vegeta such a thing.
"Really? Do you mean it?" asked Megan happily.
" Sure, why don't we go ask my parents right now?" asked Trunks. He wasn't sure what his parents would say though.
"Oh, thank you so much!" said Megan. Then she stood up on her tippie- toes and gave him a kiss on the cheek. " Let's go!"
"okay," said Trunks and together they walked to Capsule Corp.
