Yami wants to run away and take over the world with his shadow magic but Yugi won't let him. Yugi doesn't know Yami was taken over by dark powers by Marik. Yami can't go anywhere because Yugi has the puzzle and it keeps him from going anywhere. If Yugi were to be separated from the puzzle for more than 10ft then Yami would be free to go. Oh yeah, he can't just walk away from the puzzle either. If Yami is to return to normal then they would need the high priest or someone else with shadow magic that has some loyalty left. Okay, the story starts with Yugi driving somewhere that he thinks will help Yami and Yami is sitting angrily in the passenger seat. Don't ask where Seto comes from, okay? Also, don't ask about the dude in the story that comes from out of nowhere.
