Lizzie walked down the halls with Gordo and Miranda.
"I will not run into that classroom and tell them how much I don't care about Math. I refuse to!" she said.
"Uh, Lizzie," Gordo started. "We never said you had to."
"Yeah, are you ok?" Miranda asked.
Lizzie looked at the newly painted blue lockers. She took a deep breath. "I don't know."
"Come on, Lizzie. Gordo knows when something's wrong. Don't you?" Miranda said, and hit Gordo gently on the back.
"Uh, yeah, I do. Spit it out Liz."
"Well, I don't really know. Matt was distracting me when I was roller- skating last night and I fell. It's nothing."
They turned a corner to go get lunch. "Did you hurt yourself?" Miranda asked.
"I, uh, no."
"Are you sure?"
"Umm."
