A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes
(Tidus/Yuna Fluff!! ::later::) Tidus hears a familiar sound in the Farplane... Chapter one is up!!
DISCALIMER: I do not own Final Fantasy or any of these characters. Otherwise, I would be rich, and this would not be a fanFICTION, in would be a FACT (as it should be).
Chapter One: First Hope
He heard a whistle, THE whistle. It was more like a shriek as it pierced his ears. He loved the sound and hated it: it was all he had left of Yuna. But it also reminded him twice every day about his broken promise. He remembered his words. If you ever need me, just whistle. She remembered them too. The sound stopped. Somehow all his strength tried to make him go to her at once. It failed. He shut his blue eyes really hard and kicked the ground.
"Hey, don't worry about it" said Jecht, the father who he never really knew or understood. He loved his father despite their painful past, but he could not believe what he just heard.
"Don't worry about it?! Is that supposed to be funny?!?"
"No, but you haven't been yourself for a while."
Tidus felt all his strength leave him.
"You must really love this girl"
"Yea" he muttered "I do" How could he be all right without Yuna? How can she be just 'some girl'? He sat down and his head sank into his hands. He clutched his blond hair. He wanted to rip it out. Trying to keep his cool, he covered his eyes with his fingers. He felt something. He got up and looked at his right hand and half-smiled. It couldn't really be a smile until he was with Yuna.
"What's wrong?"
"I gotta do something" he said as he looked away from his hand and started to run.
"What?"
"I have to see Auron!"
"Hey! You don't trust your old man's knowledge?" he shouted after him.
"No!!" He laughed. It was the first time in a long time.

"Auron!" He looked around. Auron couldn't be very far, seeing as they were all in the Farplane. He finally found him. Auron was mourning his own love lost, but turned around to see a very exited Tidus. "Auron I need your help."
"I agreed to watch over you while we were both alive" he joked.
"But look! I . . . am" he added in a very exited and very confused tone. (typical) He showed Auron his hand. It was mostly transparent as usual, but Auron noticed some spots that weren't. His whole hand seemed to flicker between reality and the Farplane.
Auron smiled. It was one of his only smiles and Tidus could see his expression.
"So...?" Tidus asked impatiently.
"You're right. . ."
