SAVING THE DAIRYFARM:
a cinderdaniel story
Once upon a time in a not-so-far-away land, there lived a young scholar named Daniel. Daniel was an orphan living with his evil Aunt May and cousin Jeff. Jeff didn't like Daniel because Daniel was pretty and Jeff was very ugly. Daniel had no friends at all because Jeff threatened anyone that if they made friends with Daniel, they would become ugly. The only person that became friends with Daniel was a little girl name Sam, but that didn't matter because Sam was just as unpopular as Daniel was.
One day, a new boy moved in next door at the dairyfarm. His name was Jack. Jack liked Daniel and became friends with Daniel and Jeff.
Everything was all fine and good for a long time until just before Jack turned 24. Jack's father died and Jack took over the farm one week before his birthday. In the will of Jack's father, it said that if Jack doesn't marry by the time he turns 24, the dairyfarm would go to his evil cousin Mayborne. When Daniel and Jeff got word of this they were both very excited until Jeff found out that Jack was going to ask Daniel.
Overcome with jealousy, Jeff struck Daniel in the head with a rock. Believing Daniel to be dead, Jeff threw Daniel's body into a nearby river knowing that if Daniel wasn't there then Jack would marry him.
Jack was devastated when he found out, via Jeff, about Daniel's death but he really couldn't afford to loose the dairyfarm so he headed over to ask Jeff to marry him. On his way, he ran into Sam who was picking flowers for a gift to Jack's fiancee. Sam, who hadn't heard of Daniel's death, was shocked at the news and revealed to Jack that Jeff had murdered the boy.
Jack was outraged and in shock. To calm himself down, he took a walk in the woods and ended up sitting on a tree stump crying.
"What is wrong?" said a tiny masculine voice.
Jack's head shot up, "Who's there?"
"It is I," said the tiny voice, "The fairly of love."
Jack looked around, "Where are you?"
"I am here."
A tiny man with an even smaller gold emblum on his forehead flew out of the bushes on tiny glittery wings. He wore a dark blue spandex bodysuit and carried a tiny little grey wand in one hand.
"Hello," Jack said simply, shocked at the sight ofthe small man.
"I am here to inquire why you are crying."
"My only love was murdered by the only family he ever had. He was knocked on the head and thrown into the river."
"Let me inquire on this." The tiny man yelled out in a very powerful voice: "JAAAAANET!" and out of the bushes sprang a fiesty little woman with a giant silver needle.
"Ah Teal'C!" Janet said, "Faery of love. What can I do for you?"
Teal'C quickly explained the situation through a mess of akward eyebrow movement and Janet beamed.
"Me and the girls have been tending to somebody who fits your description. He's soo pretty!"
Full of hope, Jack followed Janet and Teal'C through the woods and to a little hut just off from the stream. Inside the hut lay the pretty young boy that Jack so loved. Jack was so happy.
"Yay! Now I can marry you instead of Jeff! I'm so happy!" Jack cooed and then he kissed Daniel.
"Woah!" Daniel said, slowly opening his eyes, "Let's save THAT for the honeymoon!"
Jack was so happy to hear Daniel's voice that he kissed him again and they lived happily ever after.
