Prologue
Two hundred and sixty years ago,in the town of New Jersey,Mother Leed's had her 13th child. Her last child that would be too,as the same night it was bred,she and her 12 other children were found dead in their home,the Shroud House. Some say her 13th child did it. Because no trace of it was found anywhere. They say the child was damned by it's mother before birth. "May the devil take this one!!!" she shouted in hatred. Locale's claim the child wasn't normal,but horribly deformed and in-human. It had large wings to fly with,a hairy body,and a distorted long face with large fangs sticking out of it's stretched mouth. Strange footsteps like those of an animal were found leading from the fireplace to out the chimney. They also say that it still roams the forest around the Shroud House to this day,waiting and watching...searching...always on the look for prey...It's name,"The Jersey Devil."
